hidden gem. russo's is in an odd location off the beaten path most people are suprised such a good place is there. restaurant is always busy nice to have a meal at the bar and watch the kitchen in action. all of the food is very fresh and well prepared and great to find creole dining options in northeast ohio. i have always had an excellent dining experience, definitely a place to try out. oysters voodoo mojo one of the best apps i've had anywhere.

good but overpriced. my wife and i stopped in around 6 pm a few saturday's ago. the main dining area was booked so we waited for a table in the lounge. the lounge menu is abbreviated, but still has plenty of interesting items. the waitress was fast and friendly. we started with a ceaser salad that was literally a plate full of romaine with dressing. no anchovies, no croutons, nothing else for about $8. and the salad dressing was nothing to get excited about. my wife ordered the goat cheese pizza with carmelized onions and it was fantastic. i ordered the jambalaya which was mediocre at best. the house reisling was about $9 per glass and the ipa beer was about $8 per pint. with our tip we spent $70 which was way too much for our experience.

what a waste of money. i had a creole dish and it was the worst i have ever had. the dish was so overly seasoned that you could not taste the seafood and the rice was very undercooked. we had to wait a very long time for our food and the staff was not friendly. we will never go back.

spend your $$$$ elsewhere. very disappointed when visiting what used to be a favorite when first opened. food mediocre for price and service non-existent. server presented food, but then apparently we were dismissed from her attention. no bread bowl served, no water refills, no coffee refills....even though the four of us tallied up a large bill. a weeknight, so no excuse for being too busy. won't be returning.

great food, but costly. it is in an unusual location, but russo's is worth the trip. the food is delicious. interesting italian/cajun seafood menu. the atmosphere is so-so, and the prices are high. as a result, i won't be frequenting the place - but it was worth the try!

great food. i usually order from the italian selections. very large portions.
its a noisy atmosphere so maybe not great for quiet dinner.

titus. i have been following the chef around for 13 years. (liberty brewing to russos.). it is one of my all time favs. i consider myself a foodie and have ate at le beridan, mesa grill, rainbow room etc. russo's is still my favorite.

one of my favorite restuarants. i have been to russo's many times now, both lunch and dinner, and have never been disappointed! every single thing i have had, from the super delicious gumbo, to the salads, to a fantastic delmonico was superb. i don't ever have the same thing twice, just because all the food is so good. would highly recommend this restuarant!

best plate in summit county. anyone who says russo's food is terrible or that it has slipped is being disingenuous for whatever reasons.
is it cheap? of course not. is it crowded? yes. get a glass of wine and relax. this isn't applebee's. i've never had a meal there that wasn't memorable and have never experienced a rude server or overly long wait. i'd eat a tennis shoe if they poured some of dave's red crawfish sauce over it. we recently a group of 10 there for dinner
and everyone was extremely pleased with their meal.

there isn’t much to the place. it’s located next to one of the multiple motels on state road and inside it looks like an ordinary diner. seating is made up of mainly booths, only a few tables (i’m a table fan), and a bar where you can sit and enjoy the co

this place has slipped. i started coming to this restaurant about 6 years ago and i thought it was wonderful then. now the same food is so much more expensive and the wait it terrible! we went to give it one last chance and we should have known better. we had a 7pm reservation and we didn't get seated until nearly 7:30. our food took nearly 40 minutes to arrive and one of the dishes looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. the food was good, but not like it used to be... and definitely not worth the price. it is a shame because the chef really is talented.

my ultimate favorite restaurant. voodoo mojo oysters and whatever special with the louisiana crawfish sauce. great atmosphere and great food.

excellent. all of the food is cooked fresh, everything is high quality. good service, cool atmosphere. in an odd location but that doesn't affect the dining experience at all.
