i wish i could give a negative rating. was down with food poisoning after eating here. the freshness and oil both are questionable. my trip got spoilt after eating here. luckily my kids were not hungry that day so barely ate. please do think twice before visiting.

horrible experience. first thing we ordered was nutella pancakes and these are the shittiest pancakes i have ever had. totally ruined morning mood. it was a friend's birthday and we came all the way from srinagar to spend the weekend and celebrate her birthday in rishikesh. when we reached, we were craving pancakes. they were undercooked, with scraped nutella & not even garnished. it was like a child's first attempt at making pancakes. her birthday breakfast was ruined, they asked if they can make it again to which we said yes and the next one was even worse. in the end we paid the bill, they didn't charge for those pancakes and we left.
the music and ambiance were good. we also ordered a chocolate frappe and cappuccino. the frappe was loaded with flavors rather than chocolate. so didn't like the drinks either.

went there after seeing the reviews bt wasn't satisfied with the experience ..the place wasn't hygiene and the food quality was horrible ordered fresh lime soda and the jar in which they gave was not cleaned properly and the taste was such that you can't even take a sip .. a very bad experience

this place is near laxman jhula ! what amazing about the place is ambiance.. sitting area.. location.. view & music !!!

what stole my heart was on account of independence day no cafe gave a discount this cafe gave me discount of 10% .. discount did not matter on which occasion they gave and gesture mattered

coming to food and beverage part i had ordered here a beverage called watermelon stawberry chia seeds with lemon in that n that has become one of my favourite beverages.. i simply loved the taste it was amazing.. food i couldn’t try but i m sure that would be amazing!!!

final submission - one should go here once the cafe is awesome and the cherry on the cake is the view and music ! should go once if u are in rishikesh 😊

veg biryani was delicious ,perfect spicy and even can get the taste of every spices
paneer special curry wasn’t creamy which i don’t like and that buttery taste enhance the taste of paneer curry love it surely visit there again

this place is got one of the best set up and ambience. on few days there is a live performance as well. while it’s got a beautiful set up it felt like a drug haven.i was asked by few men while waiting for the restaurant if i was interested in buying something and when we went in there was just people smoking up left right and centre.
in terms of food this had the most disappointing as compared to all other places.the portions were small and cooking lacked soul.

cafe is good to chill out with friends with good choice of fresh juices and shakes. but food at royal cafe is not so good . i ordered indian thali but food which came was not all good . but still i will recommend this cafe for a change where u can spend nice evening at the coast of ganges.

royal caffe is one of the best places to go have a meal at lakshman jhula. this place has a good view, service is faster as compared to other restaurants of the same location and food quality is good at a reasonable price. i specifically like its desserts.

best cafe in rishikesh since i have been to almost every cafe in this place .

the place is amazing, ganga side, majestic view, ambience is beautiful, talking about food, you will get everything here from detox tea to pineapple, spinach, mint with crushed ice. variety of main course. you can have north indian dishes, israeli style salads, yogi thali, mezze platter, black bean burger. whenever you visit rishikesh, try this place. i'm sure, it will not disappoint you.
