best in poughkeepsie. this is by far the best italian deli in po' town and well worth a drive for lunch or a take out dinner. they prepare several hot dishes each day that you can mix and match in a dish along with pasta, rice and vegetables. if you come around closing time they discount the price on the hot food. the heros and paninni's are outstanding and a great assortment of peppers, fresh mozzerella, olives and balsamic vinegar to compliment them. always 2 choices of fresh soup every day.plenty of frozen ravioli, olive oils and dry pasta for sale as well as a large assortment of cheeses. this place won't disappoint and their is something for everyone. it gets a little crowed around noon but the line moves pretty fast.
