real out of the blue restaurant

great momos.... loved it

did not get an opportunity to try out a lot of things here but would love to come back. these guys seem to know their stuff. we ordered a pizza and ginger ale. and guys, trust me on this, their ginger ale is to die for. the perfect balance of citric flavour, the kick of ginger and a hint of mint. they have nailed it. i had two of them and wanted to have one before leaving the city but sadly they were not open.
i am fairly confident that other dishes of theirs would be good as well. next time, i would love to try out their lebanese platters.
they need to work a little on the ambience and it would really up their game if they make the rooftop area properly functional. food wise, they are much much better than the other cafes nearby.
good work guys! wish i could really get to know the ginger ale recipe. 😄

p.s. they are extremely budget friendly as well. better quality of food at much lower prices!

just happen to walk pass by to this cafe in search for breakfast. the place is very calm and relaxing. the siting is very comfortable while the shiva mantra playing makes you calm. the food quite good. paranthas are good enuf. if you want to relax for hours this is d place to be

very basic food is what i could experience, needs improvement.

tried a brownie with ice-cream. brownie was really bad.

juices can be still tried here. my favourite was the watermelon juice.

service is good, just food needs improvement.

excellent cafe in pushkar market. whole lot of beverage and food choices. we had cardamom tea and lemon mint drink. cardamom with black tea was good as was the lemon mint drink. we had the napoli bruschetta - diced tomatoes and olive oil topped on toast. a tasty light snack while waiting for aarti at the lake

delicious food. must try are their parathas and their famous mint and lemon mocktail. in addition, their lebanese platter is another must try dish which comes with freshly made hummus.

peaceful pushkar 🐪
wandering barefoot on the ghats of circular pushkar lake surrounded by temples , chanting of mantras echoing, people taking holy dips , sadhus in saffron attire praying, travellers capturing all the moments.
i took a moment, sat down and absorbed everything pondering over life ,gazing at the setting sun which, in a while set inside temple.

💜 time for evening tea ☕~ so after referring to #lonelyplanetindia headed to out of the blue which is a completely blue building just behind the ghats.
it had a rooftop with a lake view and a floor seating on the floor below which was playing some spiritual music .
i chose a corner on the floor, fluffed a few cushions and lay my back after a tiring day. ordered a veg brushetta (90/-rs) which had tomatoes neatly layered, flavoured with salt and oregano & had a drizzle of olive oil. it came accompanied by the masala tea ,i ordered. overall not the best but descent place to relax and unwind.

the place has a nice view and ambience, but almost all cafes in pushkar have that. what this place lacks is quality food. absolutely pathetic momos and noddles and on complaining about the same the staff was up in arms and completely negated our views. extremely bad experience in terms of food.
