raclette

the venue and food is good. the chicken liver salad is good and refreshing however it has 2 pieces of chicken liver, it has more ham in it than liver. the couscous and lamb is also good however once again a mountain of couscous and 1 rib lamb chop. very disappointing, i'm sure this restaurant can do better.

the whole experience from start to finish is outstanding and unforgettable!!
the food at raclette is exceptional, very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options and they have a amazing selection of wines .
we tried the french onion soup ,burrata salad , baked goat cheese ,escargots , foie gras ,chicken liver salad .
the mushroom pasta and the vol au vent both are made in parmesan wheel in front of us .everything was delicious!
the garlic bread , onion soup and the profiterole are to die for !
the ambiance is very welcoming and charming,staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations and a big shoutout to omar !
overall a amazing dining experience and can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience in abu dhabi .

tried the omelette. wonderful and they have gluten free bread. the outside seating is beautifully located by the mamsha.

after all the hype, i finally decided to visit raclette in mamsha last weekend and i must say it lives up to its hype. spectacular destination, delicious food and amazing service. the ambiance and the decor is very well done. it's a must visit if you're in abu dhabi.

amazing place! lovely ambiance and very authentic food. felt like we were in paris! the location is spectacular overlooking soul beach. perfect time of the year to be visiting outlets in mamsha. though, raclette steals the limelight.
next, need to they their business lunch.

we were seated in doors where there was a live saxophone which along music which was completely loud couldn’t hear the people next to me. service was extremely disappointing our food took 1hr + to arrive. ordered a steak frites, which was super dry and bland. onion soup was bad as well. the waiters would barely respond to our table and when we could get a hold of them to ask for our food, they said they were smashed in the kitchen. at one point, the waiter came and said fries are ready but the steaks aren’t so would you like us to bring your fries till the steak is done…. which establishments would fire up the fries before the protein is done by 30 mins or so… no manager approached to apologize for the wait or the bad quality of food. after leaving, we had to wait 7 mins to get our valley validated when the lady / hostess was just roaming around telling us to wait. not worth it and completely dissatisfied.

first time trying this newly opened authentic french restaurant at mamsha saadiyat. not only did the flavors take me back to the beautiful streets of paris but the service was outstanding as well. we had a moroccan server that i unfortunately didn’t get the name of, but i need to give him credit despite my mistake! the sea bass was the most perfectly cooked piece of fish i’ve ever had hands down along with the sautéed vegetables. the escargot was the most authentic i’ve had out of france, and the starter garlic bread was a little oily but tasted exceptional. i highly recommend you give this place a try!! i hope they keep up the standards as i see great potential will be back again and again.

they need to improve the waiting time for serving food, it took almost an hour to get the first plate (soup)

one the best of the best experience that i never ever have in uae as a costumer in term of service and food experience i’d recommend to discover french concept restaurant raclette at saadiayt island, i had a massive recommendation food items the oumiet with mushrooms woow cheese i do love the vibe music, staff,chef’s was delicious , thank you anazz where so professional and kind, we’d love to come again
