rude!. we went to this restaurant in hopes of a good time! all we got was a horrible server who was so rude and did not know how to smile! it seems like the rudeness is pretty commen based off the reviews. needless to say our table of 8 will go spend our money elsewhere!

great sushi bar. if you're not a big fan of sushi but could spring for it every blue moon then this is the place to have it. ra sushi serves a long list of various sushi's served fresh. it's a little pricey but the atmosphere is nice and cool. drinks are great. fast service too. makes a lovely place for a date.

ra sushi is a great late night sushi place. the food is great and the music selection isn't too bad. i definitely recommend the viva las vegas roll. it is a bit pricey but definitely worth it! my only complaint is that the music was way to loud. i could barely hear my friend across the table and my throat hurt afterwards from talking so loud. the loud music would definitely not be a deterrent though. i will definitely be back!

although everytime we've come to this reataurant our tab is over $100 with about 30% gratuity, this location will no longer be receiving our business! we were the only two customers in the restaurant &the server &manager were not only ignorant, but incredibly rude!! stay away if you want good service!! not worth your time or money!! the two people we had the misfortune of interaction with should probably reconsider community college&taking an etiquette class before working in the service industry.

i would not recommend this restaurant. service is poor, the server was rude, and food is mediocre at best. with so many other choices of great restaurants within walking distance, don't waste your time here.

stopped by during lunch and had some fabulous nigiri sushi. the saba was served with a piece of oba leaf sandwiched between it and the rice. the beef tataki roll consisted of artichoke,asparagas, roasted red pepper & avacado rolled & topped with seared beef; served with a creamy wasabi sauce & drizzled with black pepper soy. delicious.

waitstaff w/ attitude. ra sushi is ok - its the frankford blue fish crowd that has migrated north - its just busy because its something new in a new area. they don't care about their regulars at all. the host stand staff act like they are managers! what this place is lacking is true customer service... they make the customers wait forever for a table - funny thing is, "the reserved" tables will sit for 30 minutes empty & then are suddenly given away?? but, when a regular attempts to sit there - they are asked to move?? i complained almost every week about this & all i got back was "we just try to be fair" i've been told that the wait staff if you tip them $20 they will look the other way?? sorry - but ra isn't worth the wait.

sushi fix lunch
was in the mood for some sushi for lunch so dropped in while in the area for some other business. excellent choice! friendly and attentive wait staff, and food was served quickly. i had the dragon roll and sashimi & salmon bento box and they were both delicious. the restaurant and bar are upscale and well kept - i’ll definitely be back! and it’s right off the interstate for travelers in the area.

wow, impressive restaurant, staff and atmosphere. food rocked, fresh and well presented. even accommodated a special sushi request. prices very reasonable. shout out to bonnie who took care of us like an italian grandmother! thinking about making ra my go-to sushi spot.

love every roll i have tried and love the alcoholic drinks. there is a wide variety and the environment is great, too. i have been to two of the locations in the dfw area and absolutely love both of them.

went to this place with few friends as we wanted to hangout and it turned out be nicer than expected.
service was good and food was also very nice but overall little darker inside than expected.
its a nice place to visit , also its not very high on budget

imho the only place that has good options for vegetarian sushi, around plano! love the veggie tempura rolls here .. great location great ambiance .. great drinks! love the lechi martini!
