went once when i was dying of a hangover and food seemed like the least appealing thing ever but this cured me of that straight away. lovely atmosphere, and their sandwiches are delicious but it's perfect for a cup of coffee with one of their gorgeous desserts.

this is a lovely place to have a coffee and desert, i enjoyed the apple tart. it can be hard to find a vacant table so sometimes it's better to take away.

lovely bakery/cafe in temple bar.

good things:
it's a quite a nice place a la max price style bakery products. the interior is really nice, selected with care and love. the food is good even though i can't say much about the cakes, as we only had breakfast. the breakfast scones, the topping, the hot chocolate and the tea were good, if you are keen for a sweet breakfast, that's definitely a place to consider!
also the carrot cake (we had a take away) was really good!

not so good:
the place is not very pricey, but also not cheap. if you want a filling meal for cheap, you won't get that here. my breakfast was about 8€, but i was not full at all.

summary: cute bakery, if you like sweet stuff, go there!

went here for some takeaway sweet stuff and coffee. it's a really cool place with lots of cakes and goodies on show. opted for the chocolate pecan pie and the lemon merainge pie. both were really tasty but the lemon merainge was particularly good and really strong in flavour

the queen of tarts was a delicious last repast and i’m sure you can guess how it ended. i would go there again in a heartbeat, and i don't even live in the country anymore.

very cute place, with a nice day, stay outside. you have a lot of tarts and cakes to pick and it’ll be hard to pick! we had the apple crumble and the chocolate pecan tart. both so good!

unfortunately, my experience doesn't match the average rate.
slow service.
cold hot drinks, too expensive, good cakes but not amazing.
cosy atmosphere.

this place was highly recommended by both locals and tourists alike but we didn't find it that impressive. the desserts and sweets seemed great but the savoury options were not so varied and lacked some flavour. the service was quite slow when we were there.
also i ordered an item from the breakfast menu and it did not say it would have cheese on it, which i don't eat, so i was a bit disappointed - getting the menu right, particularly with foods to which people may be allergic to seems important, to me, at least.
in any case it's a nice place for a sweet treat, nice decor, staff was okay.

great service, good ambiance, lovely cakes. you can feel little warm if you are sitting inside, near the kitchen. i ordered bailey's cheesecake and it's one of the best cheesecakes i have ever had. they serve it with whipped cream with a strawberry on the top. alternatively, you can order a hot new york raspberry cheesecake. sit outside, order a coffee and cheesecake and enjoy the lovely dublin city.

had plans to have a nice lunch but tripped into this quaint cafè with my friends. it was completely packed but the staff was very welcoming and got for us a table in 15 minutes while constantly keeping us updated on the situation.
we ended up ordering some sweet treats instead of having lunch and i think that was the best decision ever. we ordered some baileys chocolate chip cheesecake, chocolate pecan tart and an old fashioned victorian sponge cake with some irish coffee and i think a latte.
those deserts were just absolutely lipsmackigly delicious! they were the best i've had in dublin till date. the sponge cake was fluffy and light while the tart and cheesecake were filled with rich flavour.
the ambience is wonderful and the place feels very homely, a wonderful place to just sit back and relax with your family and friends.
so if you happen to be near temple bar looking out to curb your sweet cravings i would definitely recommend you to stop by.

delicious tarts, had a chocolate tart as a takeaway as they were closing so couldn't stay in. i hope they extend their opening hours so late employees could still come and grab a delicious snack after work

great place for tart and cake lovers! a lovely neighborhood to find this lovely cafe place. the salmon pie is good but the victoria sponge cake is even better! highly recommend for a afternoon tea and a slice of something sweet.

small and cozy place for an afternoon tea and a slice of tart or a scone. lovely. on sundays is very busy though , so you may have to leave your seat as soon as you are finished to let other people in - totally understandable but just know it.
