as the name suggests i needed pizza in puff base however they didn’t ask and not provided in puff base. however the routine pizza they delivered was fresh genuinely.

so i ordered cheesy red sauce pasta from puffiza which was very poor in quality.i ordered it at 11 pm and they were so busy that it took them 45 minutes ( 10 minutes of delivery time so i received it at midnight) to make these delicious pasta.
for quantity,low compare to price and there wasn't any cheesy taste (though cheese were there in name).it was like they used pizza gravy to make pasta.taste was only of tomatoes and also was overloaded with olives.
so 2/5.
hope puffiza guys will make significant changes.

not sure if its bogo offer or they really degraded themselves. i never hoped to rate puffizza this low, we will have to find an alternative now. if you are reading this puffizza, this is coming from your old and regular customer

received wrong order. order jain food but it had onion on it. had to throw away entire pizza because of that

i had ordered farm fresh pizza and fire lovers pizza with regular crust to my office yesterday and both the pizza were not so good in taste. the bread was having some weird smell, when i ate then i felt it. the toppings were burnt on both the pizzas. all the friday mood went away.
i had ordered pizzas from this restaurant couple of times earlier with puff crust and that was too good. but this time with regular crust it was not eatable at all. i learned something from this is, always order the famous dishes from the restaurant (which is pizza with puff crust in this case) , because restaurants do no focus on other items much.

puff pizza in dine in was good but in delivery it became saggy and not apper to be like pizza. puffiza is not good for delivery. it's only for dine in. spoiled our 31st december by ordering puffiza.
worst pizza here is 8 cheese pizza which is only bread. don't go for it in delivery. if you want to give it a try, try it for dine in.
