a little bit of tremont in concord, oh. my wife and i usually finding ourselves driving to tremont or lakewood to find a menu like pub frato. most restaurants in lake county just don't add up to the same quality for foodies like us. we were extremely surprised by the menu and quality of food. while the food was excellent, the only downside was the service at the bar. since we don't get to go out as much as we use to with a 2 year old at home, we like to sit at the bar and enjoy some drinks, appetizers, dinner, and then a couple more drinks. we're not in a hurry in a place like this. the bar tender hovered over us while we looked at the menu and then tried to give us our check before we were done eating. the food came out before we were finished with our salads and when we wanted another drink it was challenging getting their attention. for as fast as they wanted to push us through, it ironically took 15 minutes to flag someone down to finally give us our check. i would like to see friendlier service behind the bar. all-in-all, we would go back and recommend it to our friends.
