very bad behaviour by anthony (manager). useless fellow doesn’t know how to behave. just because him, had to give this bad review. i suggest the management to take action against this bugger.

i gave a 1 star coz 0 is not available, how awful and pathetic customer service is this, trying to call and book a table is a very rude experience, teach ur staff on how to talk to people, had to make multiple phone calls and this itself shows how incompetent u are, no wonder ur customers are going down day by day, i let as many ppl as possible know about ur awful service

they do not let the zomato offers work here... nothing of zomato pro will work in this place and the waiters are really bad ...

visited this place a while ago with my cousins for a saturday night and to our good luck nikhil chinnappa was playing that night and it was a mind blowing night.we dint order food much but just one platter and we were on our cocktails.the platter served was very nice and appetizing. the quantity was amazing

teetotallers, there's something for you too. they have an exclusive mocktail which is creamy, chocolaty and crunchy. that's their go crazy, check it out!
try out their jager iced tea which is a sinful concoction of white spirits and an energy drink.

i was there here for halloween!! hands down prism is the number one pub in hyderabad with many interesting events!!

everthing put up is bound to amaze you.
coming to food, we were served an array of staters starting with hyderabad chicken 65,punjabi tikka with mint dip prism special veggie lover pizzaa.
panner tikka and pizza, both of which has thin crust and good quality cheese there by making it a real treat.
highly recommended is chicken 65. i miss this place and i hope u ppl get back with many interesting events soon...

prism,the ambiance is good but the food is not that much good ! and the dj is broing

worst experience. management don’t even care/value their customers. very bad hospitality.sound system is also not that great. bad service.
finally,the over rated club.

i heard a lot about this place and that is my reason for visiting this place, but my exp was not that pleasant :
- the place is very far there are definitely better options in the city
- the staff is very rude and lacks hospitality
- their cocktails/shooters simply below average
- i must not miss this.. the food is pathetic (too spicy for non andhra guy)
- the music was way too loud that it was a pain to bear the noise
the only good thing is that they have big place and it can be a good place for corporate parties

i was planning to visit this place last week- but after seeing the incident happened in the pub, i feel this place is not at all safe. during the recent fight between singer rahul and others, i never saw any bouncers trying to stop the fight. im passing my statements, based on the cctv footage which is revealed. i doubt, whether do we have any safety in the pubs now.

seriously it's an unsafe place ,use less staff please don't go with girl friend unsafe place for couple gang bang
