fantastic restaurant!. we have had dinner twice at this great restaurant and it is definitely one of our favorites. the food is delicious, creative and beautifully presented. the restaurant itself is well laid out with plenty of seating options. a must try if you find yourself in the area of lafayette, also worth a drive if you are further away.

anniversary dinner to remember. my wife and i went to postino last weekend for our first anniversary to celebrate a bit. we'd been meaning to go for a while and this seemed like a great opportunity to go.

we had a couple of drinks at the bar, a great atmosphere! reminded me of a swiss chalet with the low beams and things. the bar tender was able to mix a cocktail to my wife's liking (she asked for something with pineapple and coconut and she got some sort of martini straight up - amazing) and had a couple of good beers on tap. we had an appetizer at the bar while we waited which also excellent - house-made hummus!

when we were seated to our table, it was in a quiet corner of the bustling restaurant (good people watching distance) and we were presented with a concise menu. a select choice of dishes! i opted for the 'risotto of the evening' and my wife went for a rabbit and pancetta dish with hand rolled pasta.

i think you can probably tell that it was awesome! like, woah, the food is fantastic. whether you're going for a special occasion, or just a drink at the bar it's wholly worth it. yes it's a little pricey but you are not paying for rubbish!

...this atmospheric historic building has a romantic storybook-style architecture featuring thick-slate roofs and vintage brick walls. dining occurs in an assortment of cozy rooms both big, plus on a heated patio. it is the perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion. particularly tasty items include a spectacular crisp cae

fabulous. what a beautiful restaurant. elegant from the time we entered the valet parking. while we were there for a banquet and a party we got a good sense of the food and service. top notch. i look forward to coming for a full sit down meal..... more to follow

it is the best! really good food, but pretty pricey! it's my fav reaturant!!!!!! i love it!!!

excellent food and service. try the beef short ribs!

to die for..... each time i have eaten here i am always pleased. one of the best meals i have eaten in california - it was the venison. while complimenting the chef i learned that she was actually from louisiana.....go figure! pricey but so worth it.
