special poutines in the past have included spicy crispy pork, breakfast, chili mac n cheese, egg benedict, popcorn chicken, pulled pork and kimchi, chili, pizza, etc, etc. in every case, pong starts with a full size regular poutine (with cheese in the middle to glue down the upper layer so it doesn't topple) topped with the special topping of the week. the weekly and daily specials are announced simultaneously on facebook and twitter.
