phyllis' is excellent. so i've lived in san rafael for over a year now and know where to eat but i wish i found phyllis' earlier, this place rocks! phyllis' is definitely an excellent burger place. if you like juicy burgers, made to perfection, meaning the beef, then this is the place for you. it's like they came off my own grill. wonderfully excellent. remember they take cash only and don't be afraid to get the jr. burger, just as excellent. best burger i've had in a very very long time.
