great pho!. i love pho and average 2-3 bowls each week in the winter. the pho i had here had a deep, rich broth, and the portions were large- even the "regular" bowl. the meat was pretty good quality and the noodles were the usual. what set this apart from others, though, was the broth and the freshness of the basil and sprouts that came with it. yeah, it isn't "cheap" but if you want cheap- go eat some mccrap. if you want quality, come to pho reston 75.
