pho and bun. we stopped here by mistake but glad we did. fair prices and tasty food. if you like thai and korean food, then vietnamese is sure to please. very delicate flavor and we left not feeling "overstuffed" like occurs in so many restaurants. ordered the pho and the bun and only complaint was we should have ordered the large! the spring rolls were tasty as well. could use a little more sprouts/mint to add to the entree but i am sure if i asked i would have been accomodated...i believe they use msg so make sure to request that removed. i hope to return again sometime soon!

this is some of the best pho i've had in my life.  there is a very generous portion of each meat in the soup and the broth is amazing.  great service and top notch pho, i will recommend this spot to all of my pho loving friends!

food was good but i waited 40 minutes for a to go order of pho with flank and a appetizer of eggrolls a little bit to long for my liking seems how sit ins were served their food before i received mine even though they arrived after i came in.

not to bad at all. was out of town and when here for lunch. nice place not to hard to find. it is right next to goodwill. i had the hu tieu.. the seafood and the noodle was done right. my only complaint would be the fish balls tasted processed and the broth was a little to sweet for my taste. but the summer roll i had was good.

very good. you can tell everything you order is very fresh. prices are fairly reasonable, and portion sizes are generous. service was pretty good. this is one of a few restaurants in the area that is legitimately excellent. unfortunately, this place is closed on weekends for some reason.

great place to eat.. this place is tucked away next to the goodwill in valparaiso. it's a quaint little restaurant, relaxing, quiet atmosphere. the menu has a good selection and the portion sizes are more than enough. i'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys asian cuisine. the flavors are amazing! the ingredients are fresh and the presentation is wonderful! i end up ordering from here at least once a week. it's my favorite asian restaurant in the county.

the food was fantastic and waiters were great. i recommend coming here, do not listen to others that are saying stay away from this place because it is truly good food. something different from thai food.

this place is great. i got the soup with tripe in it and i was pleasantly surprised. it was very tasty and the portions are huge. i also tried a pork sandwich that was huge as well and delicious. the server was very good, food was fast and hot, prices are more than reasonable.

koreans should avoid! extra charges for lemons?. my wife and her friends have eaten here before and enjoyed the food but today was different. first, the meal that was ordered normally comes with cilantro and bean sprouts but no cilantro was brought. my wife asked for some cilantro and a very small portion was brought to her. later my wife asked for a bowl of lemons for her and her party to put in their water. the waiter brought a small bowl of 8 lemon slices that were so small my wife wondered if they were dwarf lemons. after everyone was done eating she attempted several times to get the check but could never get the waiter to return to the table. she when to the cashier to inquire and pay and was charged a higher-than-usual fee. when my wife questioned this, the receipt miraculously appeared and she discovered she had been charged $1.50 for the small lemon slices and an additional $1.50 for the cilantro that should have already been included in the meal anyway. my wife and her friends had never been charged extra for lemons before and certainly hadn't been charged for something that was already included in the meal price. my wife and her friends have sworn never to return and recommends other stay away as well.

fantastic! the service is impeccable, the food is to kill for, and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. easily the best kept secret in niceville/valparaiso. if you're on eglin i have no idea why you're not calling ahead to have an order prepped to take back with you. it's that good.

delicious!. i was actually going to check out another noodle shop that also just opened, but went the other way instead to check this place out. so happy to find this place. the pho dac biet was the cleanest, fresh-tasting soup i've ever had. the broth was perfectly flavored. the egg rolls were delicious. great service too.

*11-15-2013 i'm sad that the price of the pho has increased.
