delicious brisket pho!. the brisket was so very tender, falls apart in your mouth. the xl bowl was big enough for my honey and i to share, and have a bowl and a half or so of leftovers. the honeydew slush thingy was delicious. tasted exactly like a honeydew, and made me a happy camper. the spring roll with peanut sauce was phenomenal, and the crispness of the bean sprouts you can put in the pho was refreshing, and i think it is meant to be a palette cleanser. the only negative thing that i can say is that they put too much boba in the slushy things. a few boba here and there is okay, but as much boba as they put in it, is a bit nauseating.
will go here again, and again, and again!
