best pho. we go here nearly every week, it is without a doubt the best pho in brisbane. we have tried a lot of the menu items but keep coming back to the same meals: number 22, 27 and 35: crispy skin chicken and yellow rice for the 8 year old and a bbq pork chop, shredded pork rind and spring roll salad for me (wow!)this food is phenomenal and cheap. parking at market square can be a bit chaotic but it's well worth it.

pho to die for. this is by far the best pho i have had, there is this little vietnamese bistro in melbourne i love to go to when down there as i love their pho and thought that i could not get better pho unless i go to vietnam. god i was wrong, if they make better pho in vietnam than at pho hien vuong pasteur, i am moving there tomorrow.

the drawcard here is clearly the pho so i was glad to see a few of our party get it for themselves. the richness in the broth, be it chicken or beef, was sensational and to be honest it’s better than some of the ones i had in vietnam.

we found it!. after searching for the best pho in brisbane since we moved here over a year ago, we have finally found it here! fresh, tasty, good cuts of meat (and i'm really fussy with chicken) and the broth is just so so good. everything you need on the table - chopsticks/cutlery, flask of hot tea, tissues, sauces. service is polite and prompt. atmosphere is busy, noisy and casual - standard authentic vietnamese eatery. cheap too. and the best spring rolls with lettuce leaves and dipping sauce i have ever had.

best pho in brisbane (so far)!!!. we are originally from edmonton, canada where the best pho in the world is served at a little hole in the wall called tau bay. since moving to brisbane 8 months ago, we've been on the hunt for something comparable with no luck, most places had broth that was too sweet or too bland (muddled by the flavor of noodles where you don't even want to sip at the left over broth). until now!!

we went to pho hien vuong last night and, after getting the last available table inside, ordered our pho with high hopes. after our first sip of the broth, we knew we'd struck gold! the broth is soo good and savory you can taste the marrow, and it was still tasty till the last drop.

we also had pho sai gon last week which is pretty good, but pho hien vuong is much better, with a really nice combo of meats in the soup, really tasty fatty beef, sausage, etc. plus the tables all had hot tea and chili oil too which was great (not sure why other pho places in brisbane don't have this, should be standard).

serving size is good too, you can pick from small, med or large (i ordered a small which was more than enough, my partner who can eat a horse was rightly full after the medium bowl). so after trying the pho places in west end, inala, a few in wolloongabba and fortitude valley, i think this is the place to go for a beautiful bowl of pho.
