one of my top restaurants!. i love pho 84. i started going here one summer when i was in high school and would meet my dad for lunch with my sisters. i have grown more and more fond of this small restaurant as the years progress. i love the staff along with: shrimp rolls, bun bowls, number 13, special rice, claypot special, eggplant and shrimp in spicy shrimp paste, vegetables with vermicelli, blue lake string beans and mushrooms...i think i could go on and on because i haven't had anything here i wasn't loving except for one time when i did a take-out order and accidentally got the all tofu in sauce instead of tofu and vegetables. that was too much tofu.
