this coffee is "wow". the family and i were out cruising the countryside when we stopped into this little place. they were brewing a bean i'd never heard of (ceremony, apparently out of md) but i quickly came to respect and enjoy. the complexity of the roast and the precision of the pour is definitely on par with some of the better coffee shops in philly (think: ultimo, reanimator).
we couldn't take in much of the space - we were just stopping in. but it seemed comfortable and clean, despite the reality that the place was packed with people who were powerless and looking for outlets and wifi. the next time i'm in kennett square, i'll be at this place again!
