every course was perfection! sunday supper- prix fix menu $24. gazpacho, shrimp/scallops in beurre blanc, flat iron steak with ginger/tomato jam and red wine reduction, chocolate mousse.

everything about this place is pleasing. the staff are friendly, helpful and have a great sense of timing. the food is precisely done, well seasoned, and delicious. desserts are very special and they know a espresso.

this is one of the best restaurants anywhere. the food was fantantastic the service even better. the best part is that the prices are shockingly low! two entrees an appetizer and bottle of wine for under $100. couldn't believe it.

if you're visiting sb, you gotta eat here instead of all the commercialized places on state st. it's romantic, almost all the wine come in glasses and are cheap ($5-$7 for most) and i'd still have spent less than having gone to cheesecake factory or some place equally painful. now i regret not getting desser

great place not pricey. i have been here several times and the intimate space with the friendly staff make the entire dining experience delightful. the food is always fresh and spot-on. i have not had any complaints and have been able to have great 3-4 course meals for $50.00/person or less including wine!!!
try it you will be happy and returning again and again.

food was excellent as was the service. worth the price we paid. nice atmosphere as well. highly recommend the scallops.
