good prices, ok food, poor customer service. note that my experiences at peppinos are limited to one sandwich, a grinder and several slices of pizza. their chicken panini was very good; no complaints. when i was asked if i wanted peppers on my meatball grinder, however, i assumed that meant roasted. i instead got uncooked, green peppers. who puts uncooked peppers on a hot, meatball grinder? and they obviously use those low-quality, frozen meatballs that are unfortunately becoming so common these days. i made it through about a quarter of the sandwich before i threw it out. their pizza slices are huge and resonably-priced, but they usually come partially-heated with barely any sauce. i hoped i had just gotten a poor slice or two, but it seems like each slice i buy has less and less, to the point that i'm not sure my last slice had any. (i checked under the cheese!) i need some sauce on my pizza people! and despite a dozen or so meals there, not one of there employee has ever smiled even once; at me, another customer or just in general. getting a thank you is like pulling teeth. it's an okay place to grab a quick bite, but i definitely wouldn't recommend it.
