pelicans snoballs in newport news is a great hidden gem. located just outside of hilton village. these folks are so creative they have come up with the most delicious and unique flavors in hampton roads when it comes to frozen ice treats. my favorite flavors are wedding cake and french vanilla. they both have a strong vanilla flavor that's smooth and creamy. other flavors i've tried are coconut, skylight (hard to define the flavors, but delicious), bananarama, pina colada, and caramel apple (sour apple with caramel sauce on top). all in all i highly recommend you do you and your kids a favor and check this place out! it's off the chain!!! nicely done pelicans snoballs!
