amazing!. i'm generally not a "donut person", but these are amazing! i would highly recommend giving them a try. i'm looking forward to going back. the only problem is making a choice as there are so many incredible varieties.

special ordering. i recently contacted paula's donuts regarding a special order for my father's birthday. the woman who worked with me was extremely helpful and kind and not only would i recommend paula's donuts because they have the most amazing donuts, but also because the customer service is truly outstanding.

overrated fried dough. sorry i have a hard time seeing what the big deal is....but i also could not figure out the appeal of krispy kreme. they are just doughnuts. deep fried dough. indigestion causing, artery clogging fried dough. the sizes may be bigger but they taste the same as anything from anywhere else

extremely overrated, i honestly don't see the appeal with the donuts here. i tried bites of a few different donuts, besides being overly sweet and giant, there was nothing that set them apart. the ones i tried were also slightly stale, as if they were fried the previous day, then frosted that morning. the coffee was bad, like gasoline bad. there were 2 employees behind the counter, one was super sweet, and the other had a stale attitude (went along with the doughnuts i think). also the interior and the display cases were very dirty at 6:30 am. i don't think i'll be going back.

paula’s certainly appears to be a staple in the buffalo community, with the line going out the door not too long after we arrived. it’s easy to see why the residents like the shop so much: the food tastes great, the service is quick, and the staff seem friendly as well.

small room with a little counter-and-stools by the door, what you really notice when you walk in is the magnificent smell.  the next thing you notice is how crowded the room is, and how patiently people are waiting.  there might be one person at the counter; everybody else is waiting for take-out.  the three-four women behind the counter are running like madmen.  someone just got the last barvarian cream?  no problem, a new tray will be out in only a few minutes.  the donuts are humongous and yet light and fluffy.  (hmm, i'm getting hungry!)  prices are very reasonable, and the service is as quick as they can make it.  scrupulously clean, too.  i've been in more than a few donut shops in my time, including the most touted, and paula's beats them all cold.  in fact, most of the most highly touted in buffalo were dingy with dirty floors.  and i've never seen so many varieties at once.  i got the impression they'd be embarrassed if i'd asked for  flavor they didn't have.  one good thing i discovered is that you can call in an order on your way there and it'll be ready for pick-up when you arrive.  good food, good people.  what's not to like?  (unless you're a diabetic; i do *not* recommend them for those with sugar problems!)

world's best donuts. i am from texas, and let me tell you, these are some texas-sized donuts. paula's serves up giant, decadent donuts in all varieties, none of which will disappoint. i make it a priority to stop by any time i am in the rochester-buffalo area. these donuts are worth the drive. the cream filled ones are my personal favorite, so rich and pudding-like. beware, it is hard to eat a whole donut here, so it's best to get a few and try them all!

wake up buffalo. paula's donuts, paula's customer service, paula's employees are all amazing. it's marathon time with probably only 2-4 minute lulls before 9-16-25 new people walk in-yeh, walk in. americans are fast food-drive-through idiots. you try packing and carrying 2-5 lbs of donuts, delicious- often still warm donuts, for a 3-6 hour a shift. oh yeh, whose the dimbo that complained about a dollar a donut is not worth it in buffalo. pee brain. you couldn't buy a bakery cake at the weight of a dozen paula's donuts for under $35.00-$42.00....enough said....oh...don't forget to tip them!!!

paul's. same donut recycled 21 different ways. i went about 4 or 5 times. then 75% of the product was stale. now i will never go back. coffee is really bad there. place is not cheep for what you get. stale bread, with cheep fillings, and bad coffee.

sheridan drive location. i was waiting in line, one of workers said she can help who's next, i proceeded to the register. she just stood there, with a blank stare, not once asking me what i would like. i eventually told her i want a dozen. as she's getting the donuts, she seemed very annoyed. poor customer service but great donuts.
