had requested for less salt, low sodium in food as we are heart patients as well as have high bp. food was very salty- atleast the soy sauce could have been reduced or given on side; we could have been called to ask what the issue was before preparation if there was any confusion; and the quinoa pasta dish was smothered in dark tomato sauce but it was dry and looked over cooked, there seemed to be not much vegetables in it. very disappointed.

excellent service and delicious food. we had a great time with my friends. staffs were very accommodating. i will definitely come back again!

the food was very good and tasty the service especially from daryl was very good. highly recommended in ajman. they even customized it as per our expectations

i’m so glad i choose that location out class and service is amazing it’s make my eid day great no one can make pasta like them there bread 🥖 and sweet everything about that restaurant and location great i’m from usa texas i don’t have no location there we enjoy location in virginia but in uae you find very easy and my server was miss trixie she amazing all stuff is great even manager come and ask twice about how is everything and how is good thank you guys

excellent food and excellent service. this restaurant is one the best here in ajman. the food here is amazing and the staff are very friendly

dear paul’s,
this is horrible and the worst experience !!!
i had ordered a strawberry cheesecake and sweet potato fries . the sweet potato fries were soggy and had to trash it but the strawberry cheesecake is spoilt !!! the taste is off and we had ordered for my parents wedding anniversary. how can you send such a cake to your customers !!! i would like for this matter to be resolved since all of us had to trash half the cake !! the whole anniversary surprise for our parents had been ruined .this complaint has been reported to zomato and i was informed will receive a call from paul’s in morning .
please take this seriously as this is not what i expect from paul’s.
i would like a refund of my money .

paul is actually a very royal place for family and friends get together.. they have, infact, a very very peaceful ambience for friends and families to sit together and have a coffee or some dessert. 🍰☕
i have tried their rich chocolate and trio chocolate and loved both of them. 🍫
definitely a worth visiting place whenever i am in malls with my friends. 💯

i have had multiple times from paul .this time i ordered sweet potato fries and pain perdu . sweet potato fries tasted good but it was soggy. pain perdu was very well packaged and it tasted average.

paul is the best restaurant among all restaurants in uae, i love their cakes and freshly baked breads. i tried raspberry light cake and their new sweet cinnamon apple it was amazing and delicious. i can't wait to go back and try other sweets soon.

a very friendly and attending staff they have😊, delicious food..
i just tried their new cake dulcey pear, and wow! it was sooo good..definitely will buy again..i tried their donut as well, as expected it was sooo good, the best donut i've ever eaten..all in all it was a great experience😊

paul’s never fails to amaze me! the food is absolutely delicious! i have eaten at paul’s in many countries, and the quality is equally the same; never compromising on standards. the pain perdu is simply divine!

staff are very friendly and food is amazing as usual
they have best traditional onion soup,nice well stuffed steak sandwich with complimentary bread basket that includes olive paste, butter, vinegar and olive oil
don’t want forget nice delicious cakes ( specially for birthday😊😊)
