i know this place in "on the pearl", with a nice view outside, but it is poor value for standard food.  i ordered the villageois (beef sandwich), while mrs b ordered the salade panachee.  the villageois was a standard beef sandwich, completely unmemorable, served with a side salad.  (potato wedges were another 17 qar if memory serves me correctly).  the salade panachee was a standard salad, served as usual in doha without the avacado. (funny how its always 10 qar for extra avacado, but no one offers an alternative or discount when its out off stock...hmmm).  the cakes are good, the coffee is decent, but the marketing for this brand is superb.  shame it doesnt live up to the hype.

nice place, located in porto arabia, in the calm island the pearl. nice salmon, good service. great for a calm saturday lunch with a view of the marina

paul got a very nice seating in the pearl and is almost always packed in weekends, it is a good place for breakfast if you like kind of "packed" areas (as packed as doha can be...).

they offer french breakfast options along with various typical eggs and pancakes options. i like the bread and butter being served in any case (puts you in the french vibe). the dish are decent exept for the muesli parfait which was a very small portion compared to what you can find for a similar price elsewhere.

this is my first time coming to this paul restaurant i've been in doha festival and lagoona mall and their service are always excellent and they have the option in the pearl branch for first come first serve meaning they except walk in customers not like some other restaurants but anyway it's better to have a reservation so you don't have to wait too long, overall experience i'm happy with my breakfast and the service.

pink salad was wonderful!

bad service, very late to serve the order, went at 8 am for breakfast they kicked us out cos they said we didn’t reserve while most of the tables were empty. every time is a bad experience. will never go there again!

one of the best cafes in doha, the food is always fresh, good quality and tastes good... their desserts are scrumptious and indulgent some of my favorites are macaron and eclairs, i always order their cakes for special occasions and the chefs are always willing to decorate it for you, i highly recommend their cheesecake, it’s light and fluffy and not too rich.
the staff are always friendly and accommodating, which is refreshing compared to other places on the pearl.
if you haven’t been here already i recommend you do so !

their usually packed restaurants are testament to their quality however not everything that they serve is outstanding when it comes to sandwiches or main courses.

i will let you struggle getting the names of the dishes off the menu and will not attempt typing them here.
the menu is too vast anyway and i'd rather you seek help from the friendly staff about what is good incase its your first time.
(their breakfast chia seed egg white omlette is quite nice)

their hot chocolate is quite nice.

lets now get to what makes paul what they are : their desserts are amongst the better that you will taste around you and must tries are:

1) dark chocolate pavé.
2) fleur de lys.
3) carrot cake.

expensive chain and you will feel it when you settle the bill but it is an experience.

p.s: the olive paste, butter and mini-cake served with their hot beverages are yumm.
i find it illogical that they charge for the olive paste for breakfast/brunch while its free lunch time onwards.

one of the best paul locations. the food is amazing, great service and an unbeatable view make it always a worthwhile visit. they however need to update and add more variety to their menu.

best patisseries i ever had! especially the real french cuisine, this location is pleasant due to the pearl qatar. eat the food by enjoying the outside panoramic view of artificial island.

i'm a sucker for the starters of paul. majority of the food i tried is kinda bland for my asian taste buds but there's nothing a little salt and pepper can't fix.

one word, disaster. ave to wait 40 minute for the food. not crowded when we came, only 3 table fill with customer. the food came and the taste is even worse than the waiting time. tasteless for the pasta, literally no taste at all. i dont know what the chef doing but how they can manage till now. will not come back again. totally awful. and the server also not friendly.

i visited paul o the pearl branch once and i like it o ordered goat cheese quiche lemon with mint juice and chicken cordon bleu it was freshly made and very delicious the out door seating is amazing staff was polite helpful and well trained price are reasonable compared to portions
i highly recommend this restaurant to the pearl visitors

henry t is dedicated to looking after his guests and always gives a warm welcome. he always greets me with a smile. pauls is consistent with their service and food.
