after long and tiring day at indore i decided to go out for dinner. lot of options available in indore.
as i was staying at citrus is found out there is live music restaurant name patang and here i was with lot of expectations.
i was in mood to relax and it really worked well.
ambience was good, rooftop with pleasant breeze, live music by priyank chauhan with his melodious electronic guitar. superb choicr of songs and fusion he used to do. arijit hits, late 80's and 90's fusion. his copartner a lady was also singing good. 5 stars to both the rock stars.

i ordered dum biryani , ahhh it was simply superb and perfect. nothing better than that. captain was very good and prompt, professional staff, nice cutlery.
would love to visit again with family and friends. decent place to spend calm and musical evening.
very cost effective on pockets.

this restaurant has been growing since launch. located at a major road in vijay nagar, opposite brands such as fortune landmark & sayaji, patang is trying it's luck on innovation. one such thing was : drawing, sketching & solving puzzles while your order gets prepared.
coming to food, the taste is slightly above average. the service is fantastic & enthusiastic.
apart from the usual expectations from a restaurant in indore, they have recently started a food atm which is aimed at feeding the needy. this is a great step!

the ambience is good. i like the views from there. live songs and beautifully sung. comming to the menu. yes, good menu and pricing. portion size is love. good managers. chilli szechwan noodles was awesome. biryani was not that up to the mark from my side indeed my friends like biryani too. starter platter was damn beautiful. full of taste.

a good budget place to have good food and talks.

food is delicious and staff also helpful chilly paneer ,paneer lababdaar and dal tadka so tasty...

ohky so starting with the food, although it's costly but the taste is really good
starting with the starter we order peanut chaat it was good i can say
the mocktails,we tried 5 different mocktail the best was fruit punch
and the thing i found interesting there is their selfie wall

patang rooftop restaurant is one for family get together or casual dinner parties. service is fast and excellent, they need to work on their taste though.

you can have:
orange blouson (its has a good blend of subtle orange with milk and ice.)
pink panther (needed more ice, but it tasted like the raspberry ice ball. good flavour)
fruit punch (very close to orange blouson but good way to start a meal)
italian cigar roll (star dish. deep fried cheese corn mayonnaise cigars. the salsa served was also excellent.)
paneer sholey kabab (the dish had mashed paneer with herbs. the only problem was it was bit dry.)

was decent:
virgin mojito (needed more flavour punch)
blue lagoon (needed more ice)
veg taka tak (dish was not bad, peas paneer capsicum in rich yellow gravy. needed more salt)
paneer charminar (spice blend was nice but the dish also needed more lemon and salt. red gravy paneer.)

service (4.5/5)
value for money (bit out of budget. the dishes above costed us 1765 in 5 members so around 350 per head. 265 tax)

visited here with friends. this is vegetarian restaurant and the area of sitting here very well maintain and beautifully decorate .

i was on a religious trip in mp and our final destination for the trip was indore, my wife planned a surprise lunch for me on my birthday ,it was christmas, the manager was kind enough to, provide us with birthday hats,and start the tandoor a littler early than usual to serve us the dishes ordered , i feel apart from the good food (no doubt ) awesome food its indore what could go wrong but such special hospitality which makes the hotel win some bonus points. we had ordered punjabi food , the regular paneer tikkas n roti sabji and the mocktails were also good,

good rooftop ambiance with a beautiful singer to entertain you during the late hours of the day. specifically loved the garlic naan and peanut salad. main course was in general ok

the ambience is awesome. the live music and mild wind make dinner more enjoyable. the food is delicious and reasonable. the waiter did forget our complete order but the staff responded quickly.

really great taste, on time service, very clean, rate are also not too high, overall has a very good experience. would love to visit it again!
