i visited this place with a colleague of mine around 12 pm. we ordered a coffee and we're told it's not available and would take one more hour. i am sure this place has seen good times but should improve a lot to catch up with competition. the ambience was really bad. left without trying anything.

this place is the most crowded one in the evenings.place is good and ambience is also good.i had cheese garlic bread which was really tasty and i love the way they serve their foods.i loved the chocolate donut here.i love french fries and coffee here.price is reasonable which is a plus point in here.one can have delicious sandwiches and pastries and lasagna is the mostly talkd about dish in pcc.

we had dropped in for desserts. the place looks very fancy from outside, but on the inside it is falling apart. the false roofing is open in an ugly manner!
anyhow, for our desserts we ordered chocolate cheese cake and red velvet pastries. both of them tasted average!
they dint even seem to be fresh!
i had a very bad experience.

the lasagna and chicken burger are to die for. they got my pasta order all wrong and confused tagliatelle with spaghetti one time though. minor grievances aside, everything on the menu is yummy. also i've lost count of the calories i've racked up eating all the pastries and desserts on offer.

ambiance not much of any hype. a visit in the evenings would be good. butterscotch pastry tasted very good. blue berry wasn't that good. black coffee wasn't bad either. place reminds you of young john travalto. couple of marilyn monroe posters wont go without drawing your attention. best is the final match ticket poster of rocky balboa of may be 1976. in all, not bad for a evening hang out.

running down the busy schedule u can stop here nd have a coffee .well within the city limits nd convenient to all where ever u need to u touch that place centre of city. love the lasagna there never ever tried it before but loved it. the cheesy flavour is just awesome u can still feel the taste after hours of its eating.garlic bread adds more flavour to ur mouth. the ambience is good quite nd peaceful.
next i tasted red velvet cake it was yak dint like it at all. it was old stock nd not at all tasty . sour taste yak
costs around 500 for two depending on what u order.finally its a go place for lasagna nd open sandwich nd good place yo hangout with friends.

horrible. only the ambience is the positive point here. the way they present and the taste both are a thumbs down. ordered chicken burger and got a overburnt burger with the chicken quite cold. cold coffee wasn't even tasting the way it is supposed to. overall a bad experience.

the eatery pastry coffee and conversation is a welcome addition to vizag`s otherwise mediocre food outlets.a true gem with a food menu includes spaghetti bolognaise and a fine selection of pastry.highly recommended for the food connoisseur.

i've been visiting pc'n'c for an eternity and this place has been overrated for a whole lot of reasons.
firstly, this was the only place serving pastries and milkshakes in yesteryear vizag! however, the quality has declined drastically and i find nothing out of this world with regard to their pastries ( probably because of expanding my food tasting horizons). 'mars' pastry and 'gooey chocolate' fare better than others and manage to tickle your taste buds!
secondly, sandwiches which
were signature dishes of pcc don't boast of the same quality anymore, they aren't fresh either. although open sandwich is an exception and is decent to taste.
thirdly, coffees and milkshakes are consistently average!
on a positive note, pasta arrabbiata has good flavour and it's my personal favourite here.
the ambience is pretty chilled out and cozy with a colourful backdrop. it has a wooden seating arrangement on the outside (famous for catering to smokers)!
i always wished pcc was a tad bigger to accommodate more people as we are left with no place on many occasions! it's still a good place to sit around and chat when there aren't many people. [more the crowd, the more stares you get😏]
service is prompt and courteous.

choclate pastry and choclate truffle at its peaks. pizzas and pastries are very good and must try. you can get 1/2kg cakes at this place. all are fresh and tasty.

had a best time with friends..well thought so.. we are 3 best friends (communication skills trainers) met after a long time.. went to pcc had a great time catching and living the moment laughing and joking.. we went at around 8pm and were there till 9:30. little did we know that mr rajan the one who owns the place was watching us. when we asked for the bill we were surprised to see tax for a soft drink bottle was almost double it's price. when asked about it the guy who brought us the bill was about to answer, that's when mr rajan barged into the conversation and started shouting and yelling at us saying that he had been tolerating us since a long time, and we would shut our mouth and pay extra tax if we would have been to an expensive hotel at delhi, but ask cheap questions here at pcc. the whole ordeal took us for a surprise, and when tried to reason he just walked out on us. the waiter apologized for mr rajans arrogance saying he is an senior citizen who comes to work at 9 am and since it's already 9 45 he is a little cranky (we really appreciate him for his understanding) while his son at the cash counter almost in a disgusting tone says if we want we can only pay the bill and omit the tax and he would feel that he donated it. but we should not have answered back to a wise man like his father.

i know most of the people who regularly visit pcc would not really understand this, and we might be the only ones who complain. i sincerely feel the need to share my experience.

cut short review

food is good but over priced less quantity

we took spinach and cheese sandwich and i guess spinach was not cleaned properly and we had some sand in the sandwich.

over taxed. check for water bottles and soft drink bottles..

some pastries would take you to heaven and some are stale

arrogant owners but empathic waiters

(late post) a good hangout place which actually serves some of the finest pastries. i'm an ardent lover of chocolate, so this was no less than a heaven for me.. just hop in and order anything u like and i'm sure the taste and freshness wouldn't let u down. there was a senior person, probably the owner who was at the counter; he helped me making the choices, explaining every bit of what each of the items on the menu were made of/tasted like. i being someone who likes to dig into the story of recipes, was really taken away by this place. go and do not forget to have a conversation with ur friends and not just coffee there.. :d
