long wait, rude staff, food was delicious but not worth the agony of the wait ohh and they got my food wrong 🤦‍♂️

parma pizza pasta is an amazing resterant. don't look at those other reviews that say it's bad, they may have been (i didn't go there in 2010) but they have changed (assuming they were ever bad). this place serves amazing food at fair prices and the staff is very friendly. i have never had a problem with the staff.
we go here almost every other weekend (in fact i was just looking at the to go menu for a pick up dinner)

try parma today, it's amazing

i have been here several times and every time i loved the food, ambience and service. tomato basil soup is awesome. it's one of the best italian restaurant in dallas.

i thought this place was wonderful. the hot bread that came out before the lunch was fantastic. i had the caprese salad with the balsamic reduction, and that was just so perfect and refreshing. the staff was friendly and had no complaints.

very poor, spaghetti taste almost like a stew and has way to many peppers and other random vegetables in it. it's very hard to mess up some spaghetti but they messed it up. not to mention i paid 11 bucks for it.

small pizza disagreement. this owner/manager or whoever he is has a nasty attitude. doesn't surprise me anymore coming from this culture. but wouldn't patronize this place because of bad service and very disrespectful to customers. thinks you are owe them something by coming in and eating their food.

awful food. i ordered the salmon, which was extremely under cooked. i would not recommend a place that cannot cook the food they put on the menu.

love the tomato basil soup! very busy for dinner & it's a small place so go early. service is random sometimes good, sometimes bad.

horrible experience. ordered a large pepperoni pizza and garlic bread for carryout. received a cheese pizza from earlier in the day that had been thrown back in the oven to be warmed up. had high hopes for this place after several referrals from friends but now i will never go back. i worked at a pizza restaurant where we made everything from scratch and immediately knew that the pizza i received was old.

yummy!. the food is fabulous. this used to be a great affordable place to take the family, however, each time we go they find something new to charge for. it's byob and now there's a "corking" fee. even just plain olive oil now costs as much as their special bread dip. i'm glad they are successful, but i can't afford to get anything but basics anymore.

cheap americanized italian. aside from the appeal of byob, parma offers mediocre fairly priced food. service is usually less than adequate. we had such a poor experience in a recent visit that parma is now off our "go to" list. the busboy tried to take my plate too soon, then came back two more times to try for the wine bottle and then my plate again. you don't want my business, no problem. a bag salad and can of classico at home is more enjoyable.

great food!. i can't say enough good things about this restaurant! the pizza is good, and i used to order, i think it was called the cody, soooooo good. the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and quaint. maybe i'll drive there this weekend :)
