please instruct the restaurant to not place both coke and haleem in the same bag. one is very hot and the other is very cold. they both come to neutral temperature by the take it gets delivered. 🥲

the new plaatic pack looks intact, but the taste and texture is not right, as the old polypack the taste was consistent, in this plastic pack it is attaining the steam and condensed the condensed water further mixed in biriyani and reducing expected taste, also when ever i order this royal biriyani the containers comes with 70 to 80 of container volume not above 100+- 5%

i took away one nizami biriyani in paradise hotel in guntur and extra cover charge.after come home and seal off the packet its too heavy masala and oily rice.comparing to the other paradise branches guntur is a worst taste and way of talk to the customers in reception not well.
