what i love about this place is i asked for some hot water to warm up my daughters dinner and the staff agreed to warm it in the microwave. so thoughtful. they even pulled out a cosy high chair for her. the buns and drinks are always five stars! my mom has to come here everytime she comes to stay.

view and ambience, makes it the best outlet of pappa roti! love the bun with nutella or strawberry on it.

the only cons of this place is that the bun is kinda overpriced, and there's very less variety. the juices didn't impress me either.

but i'd love to come here during a winter morning or evening and just to hang out by the beach and eat some bun.

delicious buns that looks simple yet so delicious.i had ordered nutella bun topped with almonds. crunchy from outside and soft from inside. cup of cappuccino with a crunchy almond bun is a perfect combination.
for people who have not been here can order a simple bun with karak tea.

we live in ajman, on corniche. i usually walk, serve in locations rather than order. that's how i got here. i ordered a cafe latte menu, with 1 good papparoti, i was curious because i didn't know the taste. the coffee was good, to my taste, but this papparoti did not impress me. it tastes like an almond cookie, but it still looked a bit dry.

people kept telling me about it and i was skeptical about driving all the way to ajman for a bun, but i eventually did, and i'm glad i did.
fluffy, buttery, rich, delicious buns, a fresh cup of coffee and a view of a beautiful beach; it doesn't get any better.
i tried their original bun and the nutella one. both absolutely amazing.
it's now my to go place to work on a piece of writing. would definitely recommend the cafe and this location as well.

trying pappa roti was more out of curiosity as i always wondered what was special in this expensive bun.

must admit, it was worth the try!

i went for a strawberry bun while my hubby settled for cheese bun and coffee. buns just melts in your mouth and you just start craving for more.

papa roti is famous for its buns... and the quality is no different here. soft .. fluffy buns with just the right amount of sweetness can be clubbed with variety of beverages.
another plus is the location.. and the outside seating by the beach, you can watch the sunset while you sip on to ur drinks. n ya... free wifi ?
my fav there is - ginger milk tea and a bun combo.

if you are fan of buns then papa roti is the place to be. the buns have a crisoy exterior but once you dig in to them you enter into a world of soft chewy buttery center. they have various toppings and syrups that you can have on your buns. our favourite is the classic and nutella hazelnut bun. also their frappe and fruit drinks are pretty decent too.

this branch can be easily located by looking at centrepoint and it's on the opposite of that. corniche avenue mall name is not that visible. so yes, this is on the side of corniche. it was my first time to try pappa roti and on this branch. it's a spacious one and even have tables outside. wifi is free but have to ask for the code.

looking at the menu, you can have the option to have somewhat like a meal (drink with the bun). i chose capuccino but the cold one. so it was served on a tall glass with a separate syrup on a small cup for taste (this should be replaced with something else because it's spilling while pouring). the bun was drizzled with nutella and sprinkled with mixed hazel nuts and almonds. i think this flavor has overpowered the taste of the bun so i ordered for the original/plain one. you can feel the crust at the bottom is crispy with the taste of butter and mozarella i guess. it's great!

we were there on a sunday evening around 5pm and not much customers.

the sea view makes it an amazing place to relax and enjoy your evenings along with “the bun”. pistachio bun is the best bun we ever had at pappa roti. was disappointed with the new ice cream buns, the buns were not even perfectly sliced before filling the ice cream. and the marshmallow was so hard. cookies and cream shake is always a favourite.

the father of all buns @papparotiuae

well, a bun is a bun, but not with this one. #papparoti buns have a little crispy exterior and is extremely delicate, soft and buttery inside which is accompanied by your choices of gooey and warm toppings. they are perfect when they're just out of the oven, paired with a drink.

i tried there rafaello & pistachio bun topped with nuts. they were super good and creamy. the restaurant is located at ajman corniche beach so you can enjoy your bun with an amazing view of the beach 🏖 and the calming sound of the waves. a very good place to relax and have some baked sweet stuff.

there price range from signature bun aed 12.75/- and toppings from the range of aed 5.25/- to aed 7.25/-
