let me say the staff was helpful and i didn’t give them the feedback on the food quality as i was in a rush but i wouldn’t be a returning customer. the food is overpriced for the quality. croissant and macarons were stale and hard like a rock, they are supposed to soft and should melt in your mouth.

since the outlet had recently opened , we ordered veg rice bowl to try out the cafe . this rice bowl was totally unpalatable, smelled of raw turmeric with an awful taste . the rice was sticky and appeared to be of a low quality.
totally zero value for the amount we paid . very disappointed.

i used to work in jw marriott banglore, it has an speciality italian restaurant and i have tasted risotto many times but this risotto is gross seriously

heard so much about this place ! thought to give it a try. presentation was on point for everything but taste was not good. literally cakes were too hard. did not expected this place to turn out like this.

cosy ambience coupled with great servings. fewer vegetarian options, but the taste more than made up for it. and not to forget the warm staff who make sure the customers are comfortable. great variety of desserts and coffee.

i asked for extra hummus with my dish as the quantity was so less and they charged me rs 200 for extra dip of 10 gms with the main dish. really appaling attitude by these guys. not even a taj would do the same. really ruined the experience. although food, ambience & service was good but would never visit again due to such bad malpractices with them.

coming from mumbai i thought i will never get to have a good quality rich dessert . i am ordering desserts from here weekly now.. absolutely love the freshness , richness and the presentation. 5/5 for desserts only. the lotus cheesecake and chocolate based pastries are all super yumm..

the veg platter- panacottas veg dipper is a must try. very tasty and very good quantity. and the cost is also okay for the quantity they serve.
ambience is cherry on top.

it’s a cozy cafe perfect for the coffee date!
we tried their hot chocolate 3.5/5 chocolate croissant 3/5 lotus biscoff pancakes 5/5 - they were the highlight of the day! the pancakes were soft & fluffy topped with whipped cream! will visit again just for the pancakes!

extremely beautiful european ambience. cordial staff. superb and fast service. amazing food with good sized portions. tried so many things and was not disappointed at all. must try their pannacotta (they are always out of nutella one but vanilla is good too) and romanian tiramisu. delightful place. would keep revisiting.

staff offered to fix the order but forgot to send the right order. i asked for an explanation but couldn’t give any. then offered a refund but then forgot to refund as well. overall very bad experience. spoilt my valentines night.

i thought so highly of this place but over time the service and cleanliness has degraded. i really expected so much more. but sadly they are not able to maintain hygiene and service . disappointing!

if you want to throw money at overpriced punjabi tadka masquerading as continental fare, this is where you order. i mean, chinese hot & sour sauce, ravioli in pyaaz-tamatar tadka, garam masala lasagne, burnt-fried falafels!!!
