won't be returning.. decided to go here for lunch, at around 12pm, so just the beginning of the lunch menu. a few of the dishes we requested we were told they had run out of, which happened to be all of the vegetarian/vegan meals, so my friend ordered a steak burger, but without the steak, or egg, which were listed along with caramelized onion, barbecue sauce and salad as the ingredients of the burger. but when it had arrived, it had melted cheese in the burger, which was not listed on the menu as an ingredient, and my friend can not eat. as well as that mistake, it was missing caramelized onion and barbecue sauce. my friend informed the waiter, which she took it away, and moments later the chef brought it back, and said it doesn't have any caramelized onion, because they had run out, quite rudely. and then when my friend told her again that she can not have cheese, she looked very annoyed and snatched it away, and could be heard arguing in the kitchen about how annoyed she was. which really made the experience worse. eventually they had 'fixed' the problem, in which it looked as if they had just cut the cheese out of the bun, and poured in a bunch of barbecue sauce, without any apology, and we still paid full price for what ended up being a soggy roll with vegetables, which they had tried to fix by pouring barbecue sauce into it. if deciding which cafe to go to, you're best to give one of the ones on either side a try, as i can tell you this one is poorly run.
