good food,...great view. this would the perfect place for sunset in the summer (winter views are obscured by lanai but still great). this was a pricey meal but the food was great. we ended up splitting 1 app, a salad and an entree. our waitress was awesome. she let us eat at the relaxed pace that we both enjoy. the coconut macadamia nut mahi mahi was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

if one word can describe pacific o, it would be" excellent". food, service and view- it has it all

what a difference a year makes! last year i wrote a review expressing my disappointment. this year was a different story. we met 5 other friends for lunch at pacific'o's and it was fantastic. our friends never dined at pacific'o's and they were happy to find a new dining treasure.

our server was wonderful and attentive, she accommodated my dietary needs and everyone was thrilled with their selections.

i enjoyed the ginger fish with the kula vegetables accompanied by a ginger martini...yummy all the way around.

other enjoyed the fish sandwiches, fish & chips and louis' tacos. everyone was satisfied.

thank you for the awesome experience.

an eclectic blend of tastes. as always our experience at pacifico was romantic, well served and the meal an unusual blend of seafood and upxountry greens! loved, loved the meal and the ambiance.

great oceanside dining in maui!. great location just a few sandy steps from the ocean! the ambiance of crashing waves, combined with a pleasant & knowledgeable wait staff, nice beach side or interior dining atmosphere with an array of palette pleasing farm to table entree's made this a great dining experience. food was incredible! highly recommend the kula beet salad, coconut crusted mahi, & lobster special which were all delicious! only negative was the wait staff seemed short handed and service was slower than we would have preferred! but, the location and food both made the wait worthwhile! highly recommend, the view and food are both something you won't forget!

horrible. service was worse than when i was an enlisted man in the us navy. food was not bad when it finally came.
service was beyond belief, even for a greasy spoon. i do not care about prices, but food and service should be at least acceptable.
not even close.

the location is outstanding at sunset. the service was excellent. the food is excellent with great flavor, taste, and presentation. it is a great dining experience.

i wasn’t feeling too hungry due to sickness so i ordered a farm salad.  mmmm i don’t know, what came out was a bit disappointing.  it was like a side salad in slightly bigger portion.  there was no carbs and the salad was also too acidic.  for $12, i wasn’t impressed at all.  yes, the vegies were from o’o farm and it was fresh, but the portion and flavours were disappointing.

the service was good, but the food was lousy!! way too over priced, and did i mention the food was lousy? and who puts banana in a lava flow!!??

my wife and i chose pacific'o as our date night destination while on vacation. the location is great, right on the water and we watched the sun set. the service was good. waiter was well informed and accomodating though a bit inattentive. the appy was really good. local beets. the mac & nut fish was really good. my wife had the m&m dish and found it a bit under par for the price. all in all i would recommend the dinner but maybe stick with the dishes they are known for.

from the moment we arrived we were impressed. lahaina is a happening place, and pacific'o feels like a part of the action. the hostess was very friendly and we were seated quickly in our choice of section ( outside!). we arrived early to watch the sunset and it was so worth it- our appetizers coincided nicely with a gorgeous maui sunset. the diver scallops were unreal- i would have eaten these all night if i had to. the special of ono, prawns and scallops was perfectly cooked- i was more than satisfied. for desert we ordered the lumpia and the creme brûlée, both were impeccable. this was easily one of the best meal experiences i have ever had. eat here, it is a solid choice and worth every cent!!

great food. decent prices. awesome atmosphere. complaint: service was below par especially when our waiter learned we were not ordering drinks. not sure why wait staff has to pull an attitude when they know this. we don't drink but tip 20-25% depending on service.
