veggie wok. this is one place i frequent because of reasonable price for their salad bar.
don't forget to state when you place your order that you would like your food cooked in a veggie wok. they have specific woks set aside for people with allergies and vegetarian diets.
get yourself a bowl fill it to over flowing like mongolie grill, sauce it up and best of all you don't pay by weight!
the price for their stir fry's are set without meat therefore you'll never pay for something only to have it omitted. :d
they have all the regular fixings with the inclusion of some of my favorites like bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, fried tofu, peanuts, banana chips and on an average visit you can expect carrots, red onions, green peppers and red peppers, mushrooms, white onions, broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas, regular peas, pineapple, spinach, chickpeas, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, chillies, shitake mushrooms, ginger, garlic and cilantro. i'm most likely missing some but depending on season i've also been when some where not present.
once you get your toppings piled up and you're ready to sauce it up you'll also notice that there are charts on the top of the round stir fry market area that have allergy charts and ingredients. this makes it easy to see which sauces have chicken or beef broth, which have fish and which are vegetarian and vegan. there may not be a lot of vegan options for sauces but it's a step above the competition.
i almost forgot the atmosphere is amazing. i especially like sitting by in one of the booths across from the fireplace.
