we visited oori last june 30.
here are my thoughts :)

1.) the ambiance.
it has this contemporary, laid-back feels. you get a lovely view of naia 3 too. ***combination of natural and ambient light

*their grilling section uses downdraft ventilation for a smokeless grilling experience. ***they use separate grilling pans for beef and pork *flat grill and *net grill..

2.) customer service.
they really take safety and cleanliness seriously.

3.) food!
inspired by chef kibum’s humble upbringing infused with his culinary learnings through out the years and executive chef’s supervision .. it really showed in every meal we ate. sarap!

my favorites were their selection of banchans (5/5), yum!!!! *haemul ramyeun - seafood soup is like hugging you from within - so comforting!

australian mulwarra wagyu beef ribeye 9+ (6/5)
top gradewagyu beef ribye does taste high class.. no need for seasoning, really melts in the mouth

mango bingsu (5/5) is soooo good. so good i had 3 bowls of it.

plum cocktail (4/5) : served by their mixologist hans, this drink is so bright and refreshing. made from plum syrup, lemongrass, fresh lemon and some sweetener! i didn’t know that plum could be this good. perfect compliment to the korean dishes we had. *koreans love plum juice btw..

dakgangjung (korean fried chicken with sweet and spicy glaze) (4/5) - crispy, battered perfectly, crunchy outside then soft and very juicy inside. sweet and has this tang which i like!

bulgogi bibimbap (4.5/5): love the presentation. a complete balanced meal. fresh sautéed veggies and the bulgogi beef and sauce.. yummy!

duroc pork jowl (4/5): spanish pork also known as the angus beef for pork because of its juiciness as duroc’s breed is naturally fed with chestnuts. soshyal!

tteokbokki (4/5) spicy, sweet and chewy. a mouthwatering snack indeed!

do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant asap! :)

two thumbs up!
