jumbo tiger shrimp taco. 1 word. outstanding

loves it!! this place is amazing!!!! had the blackened shrimp quesadilla. wow!!! no lie!! to die for!!!

the firecracker sesame seared ahi tuna was amazing. the fish was beautifully prepared and the chili soy glaze was delicious. good portion size, and quick too. i will definitely be back!

our food is really good, creative and high end (butterfinger crème brûlée pictured below). and our menu changes weekly. we have some real favorites that are always on the menu but we also have new things to try every week.

delicious and fresh! the pork taco and spicy avocado tostada was amazing!

delicious! must try!. i can't believe i haven't reviewed this yet! i know the menu in and out. why? because the food is so good it is worth many return trips. the tacos got me hooked, they are the must try and you just can't get that flavor anywhere else. the sesame seared tuna is amazing - i didn't think i liked cabbage until i tried this dish. if he has the sweet and spicy chicken quesadilla available - order it. i've heard more than one person state it is the best quesadilla they have ever had and i'd have to agree. chef andrew certainly has a way with flavor.

bottom line? fresh food, amazing flavor and a super nice chef on board. food truck perfection!

i drove down adams street towards i-95 resigned to  grabbing something unexciting to eat on my way back to tallahassee.  passing the sprawling new court house i noticed a food truck in a parking lot on the corner of jefferson street.  

food truck heaven. i had the opportunity to eat at the on the fly food truck and was blown away by the quality of the fresh pork tacos. chef andrew has created an eclectic menu that really is suitable for all palates. quick service, friendly people and great prices. you can find them every day on the corner of adams and jefferson streets from 11:00am to 3:00pm.

unfortunately i work at the same time they do so i can't ever make it out to try them. i do know andrew, the chef and have worked with him before. i can tell you that it would definitely be worth checking out. he lives his work and puts his heart into his food. congrats andrew on being in the talk of the town section on urbanspoon. keep it up.

incredible. tried them on the suggestion of a co-worker. i ordered the chicken and pork taco combo and was amazed at the quality and quantity of the the servings. everyone needs to try this place (just don't go when i am going because i don't want to wait).

knock out food. went on a jax food truck tour one day and this was heads and shoulders above the rest.

tomato soup was phenomenal and the grilled cheese was just as good. either would have been great on their own but together they made a really filling and satisfying meal

even the pickles served with the sandwich were amazing. go out of your way to eat here. it's worth it.

chef andrew is the man. now i have reviewed this truck once already but this one need another slp on the back. ok i have told you about my health problems before. now the doctors are telling me if i lose the 100lbs that then other doctor put on me. they will give me a new set of lungs. so after a boatload of steriods + a guy that loves to cook ==> one fat kid. for the love of red meat we are on the adkin's diet. now telling all of this to chef andrew. here's what he came up with. the salad wedge with a custom made dressing (no carbs) then he came up with the tuna (cooked perfectly) and the cole slaw with another custom made dressing for me and the wife. now where can you go and get great food made just for you and your wife. i know i know........on the fly food truck...........

simply the best yet. since health problem have kept me from working all i can do is my other passion eat. now being on steroids to help me with my breathing. then you mix in a love of cooking, making bacons, and custom sausages. you end up with one fat kid. so to make the best of a pretty poo poo condition i travel jacksonville and eat at different places and write reviews here. now i have always been in love with the whole food truck thing. maybe one day i'll own one. i have tried most of the 7 that i know of on the fly blows them all out of the water. so i finally found a parking space close enough to walk to the truck (3 different tries) well i ordered the double taco combo one marinaded chicken and one pulled pork taco. both had plenty of meat but the pulled pork was the best (i also make a pretty mean pp myself) that i have had in a long time. i loved it. now both were quite messy (a bib is nothing to be ashamed of) but the flavors profiles were way up there. i loved the sauce on both and the cabbage was fresh and crispy. well i could have used a bigger tortilla but then where do you stop. so i know they are in a strange and some what hard to get to location don't give up and keep circling the block if you have to. for you folks in the new court house you are quite lucky to have this truck o close to your work. the food is more then worth any trouble you have to indure to get to their truck. chef andrew is the man.

i'm not ready for anything tar-tar (raw) so i went for the chicken taco and took a picture of the guy in front of me tuna tar tar. the chicken taco had an amazing flavor! it came with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and some special sauce! yum!!!

a great selection of fellow local breweries on draft. flys sandwiches truck out back is
always spot on as well!
