food is okay. the soup is amazing but otherwise it's just okay. i liked the atmosphere and the servers. it's a little bit more expensive than another italian restaurant.

i love eating at olive garden!  you can't go wrong with the bread sticks and salad and pasta! my favorite meal is the chicken fettuccine alfredo.  yum!

i like olive garden in general and this unit is no exception. the good part about this one is it isn't sitting in front of a mall with a line out the door. i always try to make it for dinner if i am in richmond.

good food and okay service. the food has always been excellent and never had any major problems with the service. sometimes the service can be slow, but okay for the most part. i find the prices are a little high, but we only eat here on special occasions anyways, when we already expect to pay a little more than usual.

good food. always had good food and service there. it's a little pricey on drinks and a little on food. plan on spending 40 to 60 bucks for two when you go there.

good food. we have eaten there several times. the food has been excellent and sevice great. we had a young man server on saturday, his name was cory, whose personality and service was exceptional.

excellent food everytime. service can be slow but recent times have improved. definitely deserves a higher rating. seating can take time but that usually happens at popular restaurants. lasagna fritta is a must have.

consistently good food at each location i've been to. due to popularity there can sometimes be a wait to be seated. this also effects how soon the waiter/ess serves you. extremely enjoyable atmosphere. nice place for a fine dining experience. i recommend the chicken formaggio manicotti. the salad is a nice plus as well.

pricey for the quality of the food. arrived hot, but greasy and bland. disappointing meal for the price.

good food, bad service. i was really torn on which to choose, but ultimately i thought the food outweighed the bad service. i've eaten here three times now, and each time the service has been slow, slower, and ridiculous. the servers always seem to show up right when i'm about to give up and leave. that said, the food does tend to be excellent, but like almost all italian eateries, well overpriced as well. still, the family loves it and the food is pretty good.
