outstanding grown-up grilled cheese. i was able to eat from this food truck three days in a row during a weekend charity event. the grilled cheese was amazing- perfect blend of different cheeses and it was browned just right. others adored the egg and cheese. my favorite is the caprese sandwich. it has the perfect blend of italian basics.

pretty good food. i liked the chicken in mole sauce, but next time i'm giving the grilled cheese a shot; it is their top-seller, and i wasn't crazy about the waffle bread or copious amount of shredded red cabbage. the potatoes are good but super rich and filling.

finally tracked down off the grid at food truck thursday at gallivan plaza. we were not disappointed! we ordered three half sized waffles sandwiches and loved all three of the flavors we got though our personal favorite was the sweet chili pulled pork. i really loved the smashed potatoes that had a great basil flavor. this is definitely one of our favorite trucks in salt lake city and i can't wait to try out more from their creative menu!

if you hate playing 20 questions, their menu gets bonus points for being clear about vegan options. two sandwiches the mt. olympus and the chiptole tacos can be made vegan. it's been a while since i had the olympus, i generally tend towards the chiptole tacos. two corn tortillas, chickpeas, shredded cabbage and the most important ingredient a chipotle sauce that's makes the dish. i was skeptical because i lean towards the tempeh, tofu or seitan being a bare minimum, but they weaned me from tendencies. they also get additional bonus points for a commitment to buying local products. even more for being east coast defectors who came to ski the greatest snow on earth. owning a food truck might disqualify them from being a ski bum, but go support two people making great food and turns. drop a tip in the jar. so they can park the truck and get some turns. support your local powder hound.

sweet and savory?! fantastic!. hands down the best food truck grub i've ever had. fresh and delicious with a gourmet presentation.the $3 waffle is worth a trip to the tavernacle alone. try it.
