entree excels. one of cairns better restaurants situated in a central location near the beaches.
the first thing that struck me was not the food but the great service. the floor manager was very pleasant in a bubbly kind of way.
antipasto's are mostly great, the duck pate is excellent and probably one of the best i've ever tasted - i have tasted a lot!
mains have a lot of room for improvement, they are mostly too savoury for my taste. pork cutlets were overly sweet and the five spice duck was too salty. food should be about promoting natural flavours, not the other way around.
that's it, good but not the best. would return here for a casual meal.
