the food has been dissapointing in otherwise great location. indian cuisines were limited and not tasty. paneer was served, however the br
ead basket didnt include naan or tandoori roti. felt like the restaurant was trying hard to satify all palates and cuisinrs without doing justice to any

ambience - cool , laid back and relaxed .
service - great.
chicken pizza - enjoyed it .
it was made well , the base was prepared in house .

i had been to bin majid beach resort and oasis restaurant was a part of their buffet system.
the food at the restaurant is very good. unlike many other hotels offering limited options under buffets meals, they had a wide range of options in all salads, breads,main course and deserts to choose from while maintaining quality service.

the color deserts were not just pretty looking but were delicious as well. a to total treat to my sight and the taste buds.. which is a rare combination. happy that i visited this place.

we visited bin majid for a days stay and had our lunch, dinner and breakfast here. we esp enjoyed the dinner spread which included live grill counters and make-your-own burger counter. the breakfast was great too with a live omelette counter. good food, great staff and good service :)

they have a wide range of salads , grills , maincourses and desserts . to be honest the food is strictly ok neither good neither bad . i wish they can improvise a bit more when it comes to the taste of the food . staff people were very good , very helpful , friendly and caring . they ensured that everything goes perfect with every table in the restaurant .

bin majid resort which is just 8 minutes drive from the acacia hotel. for those staying at the acacia hotel they do provide with a free shuttle and you get to access the beach, come in for activities and even to enjoy some food & drinks. 

we went in to the oasis restaurant for lunch which is once again an all day dining restaurant. this restaurant cannot be missed since its right in between the resort and beach. an airy and comfortable arrangement filled with natural light. 

the starters are laid right in center of the restaurant which makes it easy access across all seated and this lane continues for the bread station and desserts too. the main course is setup at a stretch from the corner with a not so extensive menu.

we  started off with some light bites such as the tuna, mozzarella chunks, salad bar. i really liked the choices at the salad counter over the rest i must admit.

moving on to the main dishes i was stuck to get the piping hot carbonara and topped it with loads of grated cheese. other main dishes consisted of biriyani, chicken liver and other meat dishes too. had a bite of here and there making sure to keep space for desserts.

for the dessert i enjoyed the coconut panna cotta and the regular pastries. a very pleasant place to dine in i must say. also they do provide with drinks wherein i decided to go with white wine and for the others cocktails and soft drinks are available too. 

overall a pleasant atmosphere and decent choice of dishes.

went her for a quick staycation one weekend. they serve buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

the waiters are extremely helpful but the food isn't that great.
the potato wedges we got for breakfast tastes spoilt and that was a huge disappointment as the spread in itself isn't much.
the salads and hummus were extremely fresh however. also enjoyed the buttered fish.

wouldn't recommend having food here as it's extremely expensive.

food is good. ...maybe 9.5 over 10. location is great. service is 9 over 10. atmosphere 9.5 over 10. open buffet . i like it so much.

what a royal experience. the view, the service, the variety, the experience, the ambience, the whole thing.
 u are paying for something really worth it.  the tea variety and taste is outstanding. nothing specific to recommend. you just have to try and try. the food is good but not something that you have never tasted before. they are generous with their offering and sweet in their service. they even gave us a small gift and flowers and a tour around the hotel (ps, that is not a standard thing).  

great place for a special event, a date, special guest...
