avoid this restaurant! this used to be a favourite spot for sushi and delivery, but not any longer. the sushi seems to have shrunk in size little by little each time we ordered but at the least it was still tasty so we ignored the hints that the business was going downhill. now the sushi is not fresh and the size is ungenerous. since it opened and we first started ordering from o sushi, this business has always suffered from disorganization and uneven service, but it has gotten much worse. waiting 2 hours for delivery is outrageous, especially, after being told it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. the owner’s reply when we called to ask where the deliver was: that it is a friday, and that next time he will tell us to wait 1.5 hours instead of 1 hour. that still did not explain why it took 2 hours to be delivered. the owner is rude, disorganized and has no idea what customer serve is. he repaid loyal customers by being disrespectful and greedy (he argued about giving us a discount and still tried to charge us the full amount after agreeing to a discount). what was once a promising restaurant has devolved into a dishonest business with poor quality sushi. if the owner keeps this up, o sushi will be closed in no time. hopefully, the owner rethinks his approach to food quality, delivery service, and customer service before all of his customers decide to go elsewhere. we were patient, but now we will never return. we would rather support an ethical, friendly business that doesn’t take short cuts when it comes to their food and overall business practice.
