a must visit for any meat/steak lover.

we arrived with no prior reservation, waited for about 20 enjoyable minutes ( the amount of lovely trays of food passing infront of us was considered as an entertainment with all these aromas blending in ? ) then we were seated on a big shared table. the restishistory. ❤❤

time passed so fast, just like all the lovely times with a twist of good food in this novel. ❤

we had to wait for about 40 min to have a table. it was very crowded!

let me tell you something, your visit to istanbulisdefinitely incomplete if you don’t pass by nusr-et steakhouse!

the placeissupercrowded so you need to make a reservation. the staff are very professional and work really hard to make sure everyone gets seated and the customers waiting to feel at ease with some drinks.

the decorationisvery modern and the seatingiscomfortable, tables are large so they fit the big portions served by the place.

we ordered dana kaburga (beef ribs), fillet mignon bonfíle (fillet mignon steak), and nusret special.

the meat tasted heavenly! it was mouthwatering, and the whole meat experience was amazing! it might be the best meat we ever tasted. i highly recommend all the meals we ordered, with a special highlight on the beef ribs which was our favorite! the meatisjuicy, very rich in taste ??

last but not least, for dessert we took the baklava with ice cream which was super delicious!

almost all the meat meals are served with a show which takes you to a whole another experience!

the overall experience was one of a kind, the prices are expensive, yet they really match the high expectations you put on this place and its food!

would definitely visit again and again!

we came to etiler branch we were surprised by the rude staff and the way they treated us. thisisunacceptable we were embarrassed in front of everyone that we did not put enough money?!! what the hell we put extra our billismore than 2,000 and it was there mistake where they did not see the rest of the money?!! thisisnot acceptable at all it’s a shame and waste of time.

an enjoyable and amazing experience at nusr et. you must know what to choose if you are not a meat expert, i wish there was pictures to make things even easier. we did our reservations and it was easy to get our table. the staff were not so friendly and not so helpful when it comes to the menu items. the food was good, lokum steak tastes good but not so special. if you don't like raw meat, make sure to tell them to make well done. flower onionisa good starter to share at the beginning. baklavaissuper delicious and the guy present it with a small show.
recommend this place even thought it's pricey $$$$

for a place most known for meat, itissurprising to find the meat this average, and overcooked. nusret special was not so special. beef carpaccio was a delight. the waiters can pull off a show, and they really take care of you until you order enough to mark up the targeted bill, and then when you don't like your plate (because it's overcooked) & you send it away and order the bill to leave they don't even ask you why you didn't finish the plate. it's a place on a lot of people's bucket list because of the mass promotion, but it's not luxurious and it's not a restaurant you would return to or recommend to meat aficionados. i guess they rely on one-timers. (this fuss won't last) #masstige

the waiter fooled us. he served us things that we didnt ordered and said thas special thats special.. for 7 people he give to us 17 baklavas that we didnt want. the restaurantisjust to make money. never again!!!!!!!!!!

we had already reserved before 2 days.
we arrived on time for our reservation, but we could not find our table ready. not did we only wait for our table to be ready, but also we had to wait in queue for over 2 hours, as if we hadn’t reserved!
we were 3 persons and, while waiting in the queue, over 10 groups of 2 to 4 persons passed before us. the staff did not do anything and some of them were also disrespectful. note down also that the music was too loud for a place where itisalready too packed.
i can’t understand how a restaurant of such high class could be that disrespectful and not understanding towards its clients. i don’t care about food as long as the serviceisawkward, the service and staff of a restaurant should reflect its values and quality!

this place was amazing years ago. after they turned it into more business and less customer service itisjust a brand which offers nothing but a disappointment. the foodisbelow average, thereisalmost no presentation to the food - the menu needs upgrading asap. the interior and terrace area gives a feeling of sitting in a cheap neighborhood restaurant . it hasn’t been renovated since ages. not to mention you have to wait for your table an average of 1-1.5 hours. because of all the hype they are putting no effort in customer satisfaction. waste of time and money. last time i went, my friends and i, got pushed and shoved we waited like idiots for more than an hour standing up a long with another 40 people who were also waiting for their tables. we gave up and we left. not going back there nor to any other nusret around the world.

you keep hearing about this place and noticing posts everywhere with the #saltbae and nusr et’s signature style in adding salt to the dishes.
however, nothing can ever prepare you to what would become one of the best experiences in your life.
we ordered the nusr-et burger, the goat cheese salad, the dallas beef, the lamb rack, the ribs, the baked potato with spinach on the side and finally the baklava with ice cream. everything tasted super good! the food was just to die for! and the burgerisjust so simple yet so perfect that you end up leaving yet yearning for one more bite.
the staff was super friendly and the overall atmosphere really great with an outstanding choice of music.
the food was definitely worth the wait.
to top this amazing experience, nusr et himself was there! i mean can it get any better??!!
one must never pass by any of the countries where it has opened without giving it a try!

during this trip to istanbul, we specifically scheduled nusr-et steakhouse in our plan just because we were curious to experience the sensation that his owner salt bae (nusret gökçe) has created in the world cuisine. the foodisyummy and you can see customers imitating salt bae's move in sprinkling salt over their meat. even the baklava with ice creamisa must at nusr-et. enjoy your meals :)

i get it. i get the social media appeal. to me that’s as far as it goes with nusr-et for me. meatisgood but overpriced. i don’t need to come to turkey to go to an overpriced steakhouse. if that’s your game then i don’t blame you for going, but be ready to open the wallet!

worse customer service i have ever witnessed.
we made a reservation for 2 at 9:30 pm.
it's 10:30 pm and we're still not seated with almost 50 other people waiting at the entrance of the restaurant facing the same frustration.
either the restaurant has an ignorance on operations management or thisisdone on purpose, either ways itisan absolute insult for every person coming to this restaurant. regardless of whether the food tastes good or not, having a meal at a restaurantisa 360 social experience and if thisisthe start of it then the experienceisa failure before it even begins.
shameful, not worth the visit especially if you're on a vacation.

i can never say enough or have enough of this branch. the foodisalways exquisite and the serviceisimpeccable.
i can proudly say that i tried everything on the menu from beef cuts and steaks. the salads are very fresh, the meatisreally out of this world and the baklava dessertisjust perfect.
my favorite dishes are the sushi and the lokum, but i’m sure you will enjoy whatever you order. the only not perfect thingisthe fries.
can’t wait to be back as itisthe only branch with such excellent consistency.
