hell of an experience.

a must visit for any meat/steak lover.

we arrived with no prior reservation, waited for about 20 enjoyable minutes ( the amount of lovely trays of food passing infront of us was considered as an entertainment with all these aromas blendingin? ) then we were seated on a big shared table. the rest is history. ❤❤

time passed so fast, just like all the lovely times with a twist of good foodinthis novel. ❤
definitely i am visiting this place again.

went there for dinner with the family.
it is a great place with delicious food.
we had to wait for about 40 min to have a table. it was very crowded!
the meat is really well made?? the service is very friendly and quick. the waiters were very funny.
overall this is a must try placeinistanbul!

let me tell you something, your visit to istanbul is definitely incomplete if you don’t pass by nusr-et steakhouse!

the place is supercrowded so you need to make a reservation. the staff are very professional and work really hard to make sure everyone gets seated and the customers waiting to feel at ease with some drinks.

the decoration is very modern and the seating is comfortable, tables are large so they fit the big portions served by the place.

we ordered dana kaburga (beef ribs), fillet mignon bonfíle (fillet mignon steak), and nusret special.

the meat tasted heavenly! it was mouthwatering, and the whole meat experience was amazing! it might be the best meat we ever tasted. i highly recommend all the meals we ordered, with a special highlight on the beef ribs which was our favorite! the meat is juicy, very richintaste ??

last but not least, for dessert we took the baklava with ice cream which was super delicious!

almost all the meat meals are served with a show which takes you to a whole another experience!

the overall experience was one of a kind, the prices are expensive, yet they really match the high expectations you put on this place and its food!

would definitely visit again and again!

we came to etiler branch we were surprised by the rude staff and the way they treated us. this is unacceptable we were embarrassedinfront of everyone that we did not put enough money?!! what the hell we put extra our bill is more than 2,000 and it was there mistake where they did not see the rest of the money?!! this is not acceptable at all it’s a shame and waste of time.

we had already reserved before 2 days.
we arrived on time for our reservation, but we could not find our table ready. not did we only wait for our table to be ready, but also we had to waitinqueue for over 2 hours, as if we hadn’t reserved!
we were 3 persons and, while waitinginthe queue, over 10 groups of 2 to 4 persons passed before us. the staff did not do anything and some of them were also disrespectful. note down also that the music was too loud for a place where it is already too packed.
i can’t understand how a restaurant of such high class could be that disrespectful and not understanding towards its clients. i don’t care about food as long as the service is awkward, the service and staff of a restaurant should reflect its values and quality!

this place was amazing years ago. after they turned it into more business and less customer service it is just a brand which offers nothing but a disappointment. the food is below average, there is almost no presentation to the food - the menu needs upgrading asap. the interior and terrace area gives a feeling of sittingina cheap neighborhood restaurant . it hasn’t been renovated since ages. not to mention you have to wait for your table an average of 1-1.5 hours. because of all the hype they are putting no effortincustomer satisfaction. waste of time and money. last time i went, my friends and i, got pushed and shoved we waited like idiots for more than an hour standing up a long with another 40 people who were also waiting for their tables. we gave up and we left. not going back there nor to any other nusret around the world.

had one of the best steak experience so far. selected a 21 days aged t-bone medium rare and was delivered as desired. the restaurant was busyinafternoon even on weekdays and it gets more busy for dinner servings. despite of the busyness the waiter did an amazing job... finally the salt bae was amazing!

you keep hearing about this place and noticing posts everywhere with the #saltbae and nusr et’s signature styleinadding salt to the dishes.
however, nothing can ever prepare you to what would become one of the best experiencesinyour life.
we ordered the nusr-et burger, the goat cheese salad, the dallas beef, the lamb rack, the ribs, the baked potato with spinach on the side and finally the baklava with ice cream. everything tasted super good! the food was just to die for! and the burger is just so simple yet so perfect that you end up leaving yet yearning for one more bite.
the staff was super friendly and the overall atmosphere really great with an outstanding choice of music.
the food was definitely worth the wait.
to top this amazing experience, nusr et himself was there! i mean can it get any better??!!
one must never pass by any of the countries where it has opened without giving it a try!

during this trip to istanbul, we specifically scheduled nusr-et steakhouseinour plan just because we were curious to experience the sensation that his owner salt bae (nusret gökçe) has createdinthe world cuisine. the food is yummy and you can see customers imitating salt bae's moveinsprinkling salt over their meat. even the baklava with ice cream is a must at nusr-et. enjoy your meals :)

wow.. nusret. where do i start? first things first; we had high expectations. those expectations were right. 
we had dinner at nusret steakhouse on a thursday and there was a very long row at the steakhouse. even though we had reservations, we had to wait until there was room inside. it was so crowded inside and outside of the steakhouse. 
we had the kaves , the nusret burger and the baklava as dessert. all were great. however i wished i ordered the kaves medium instead of medium rare. it was a bit too rare for me...but it was my own choice. 
the service could have been better, because they did forget a few times our requests. butinall fairness , it was really crowded. i would also forget with that many people and all of their requests.

no words can describe this place, the taste or the staff or the professional wayinfood presentations.
the prices are way less than dubai (70% less)
the taste is exactly the sameinany branch.

it was disapointing!!! we have reserved 2 days ago and we were astonished from the staff responsible saying that we are like everybody on the waiting list just like more than 30 guests. we came from lebanon as tourists to eat as we heard it that has the best steak; however, it was a sum of: lack of professionalismingreeting, not keeping a reservation and way to dealing with. surely we spread it so everyone knows. what a shame!!!!

if there is more than 5 i would give them !! best steakinthe world! super delicious, outstanding staff, ambiance,music! everything was just perfect . very affordable prices. we were 4 persons , the bill was around 200us$ !

i’ve tried eatingindifferent places. i can say that nusre-et steakhouse is the best steakhouseinthe world by far.
the atmosphere, the smell, the presentation of food, and the taste are what every stake lover is looking for.
i ordered ribeye as starter and dallas steak and it was really great. unfortunately when we arrived they were out of most of the menu items which could the only negative point.
the seasoning of meat is incredible, just order anything with a lot of fat and to be medium done and enjoy..
highly recommend.

the moment i book a ticket to turkey , a must visit was to nusr et etiler steakhouse. we went for the first time without any reservation at 8, they told us that we needed to wait up to 2 hours so we left. i reserved for the next day at 2. as we arrived our table was ready and they were quick to serve us.

place: very nice outletinone of the most prestigious streets of etiler, istanbul. outdoor seating is very nice.

service: fast, good service yet they were a bit mean and neutral.

food :

starters :

 dana carppacio which is thin raw meat slices with parmesan cheese, rocket leaves and olive oil. if you don`t mind eating raw meat then definitely order it. if not, then skip it as a starter. (2/5)

salads :

tulum peynir salatasi : goat cheese salad with greens, pomegranate , olive oil and walnuts. i didn`t like a lot the combination of the goast cheese with the sauce they did. it was okay. if you`re not a fan of goat cheese again do not order it. it has a bitter taste. (3/5)

beef filets:

lokum: slices of thin steak filets which so tender and juicy and taste great with salt. comes with a plate of fries which are seasoned with origano but they were somehow soggy rather than crunchy and crispy. (4/5)

if you want a buttery taste , make sure to order the nusr et special where it is served with hot butter sauce straight from the pan.

burgers:

nusr et burger: a big fat meat  burger patty with cheese , smoked beef  and caramelized onions. the beef patty is tender and a bit juicy yet lacks a little of seasoning. it was good. comes also with fries. the burger is huge so you can share with someone if you are ordering other plates. (4/5)

garnish: 

mantar:  mushroom  marinated with black pepper, garlic and onion. i didn`t find it as a necessity garnish. not a major fan of mushrooms too. (2/5)

sogan cicegi: flower onion that is deep fried and comes with a tartar sauce. i am not a fan of onion rings so i regreted ordering it because it was just oily and tasteless. (1/5)

desserts: baklava with ashta icecream which is the signature dessertinturkey. is if very good yet too sweet so you could have 2 pieces maximum.

drink: turkish tea on the house

overall experience:  the waiter was somehow mean. when it came to the carpacio we told him that it was our fault that we didn`t know that it would be raw meat and that we didn`t want to eat it. he was very rude by just saying okay i will throw it away and will not take it out of the check. and we didn`t even mention anything about the bill.

i think social media is being over rated with all these food places. i do admit nusr et sells one of the most tender and juiciest meats and it tastes good. but nothing really special or wow. the food tastes good but you should know what to order depending on your references. i would find meat placesinbeirut that sell also this kind of meat.

prices: not very expensive yet not cheap . it is cheaper than other outletsinother countries. we ended up spending 100$ on those plates.

make sure to book online before you go. peak time is between 6-11 pm
again this is my own taste and reference. but i`m being honest because i had high expectations of this place.
