sarah is amazing!. i was in nordstrom palo alto the other day just browsing and shopping to my little heart's content when the urge to eat came over me.
i have been to other nordstrom cafes and bistros before but the experience was never phenomenal. but everytime i stop by the palo alto location i am impressed by their selection and service.
well last week i had a delightful server named sarah. she was a breath of fresh air compared to so of the other servers. she was pleasant, professional and a joy to be around.
if she doesn't get recognition for a job well done she should.
i will be giving in to my slight hunger more often at the palo alto location.
