if you're looking for traditional japanese sushi, this probably isn't the place to go. it isn't at all authentic ( and i don't think that is their goal), but the taste of the maki was lovely.
i ordered two dishes: the imperial roll and the inari-maki. i would say the former was tastier than the latter, but both were still delicious.
i don't remember everything in the imperial roll, but it most definitely had the following: unagi, shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, and asparagus. i think it also had some inari wrapping in it as well. so it is quite a nice addition to the restaurant. the inari-maki is on the menu and it's vegetarian, so a good option for those who don't eat animal products.
