natalie's mediterranean eatery

the wrap was excellent. it was much longer length wise and thinner width wise than i expect from a wrap, but this was perfect. so often people, such as myself, shame ourselves sloppily eating massive wraps and dripping food bits everywhere, but this you can eat properly and not embarrass yourself. the wrap was a warned fresh pita wrap, perfectly folded so nothing fell out. it even held the dressing until the very end. the ingredients were fresh and melded well, the mixture wasn’t too dry, and with everything tightly wrapped up in a pita wrap, it was a surprisingly large amount of food for what i expected. no need for chips here, the portion was perfect if not even a bit too much.

i ordered a garden souvlaki and grape leaves. the grape leaves were really tasty . good option for vegetarians .

natalie's has always been one of my favorite buffalo spots with lebanese food. if you're in the area stop by and have their falafel, hummus, and tabbouleh! for the portions, i feel like the value is a little pricy.

the food is quick, but soooo good! it sucked that they were out of spanakopita, but the homemade baklava more than made up for it! i will definitely be back!

won't hurry back. well, i heard some good reviews about natalie's, and we love mediterranean food, so my husband and i decided to stop in for lunch last week. the people working there were very nice and friendly, and my husband liked his open beef souvlaki, with big chunks of beef. the iceberg lettuce salad that accompanied it was less than spectacular, though, but passable.
i, however was very put off that my piping hot vegetarian chili was served in a styrofoam container! my husband's meal came on a regular plate, so they had to wash dishes, anyways. this wasn't a take out order. a nice ceramic bowl would have made all the difference. while the chili was good, i chose not to eat too much of it because of that. i'm not a big fan of eating out of styrofoam,
i am very wary of eating out of styrofoam, in general, and when you put hot liquids in them, what kind of chemicals are leeching out into my stomach? the establishment should do some research in this area before serving their hot foods in these "convenient" containers.
next was my spanikopita, which was very thin, and blah, with the texture of being thrown in the microwave. not crispy, but sort of rubbery. i've had better spanikopita in almost every other restaurant i've been to. might try it again, and order different selections, but am not going to hurry back.

incredible. amazing. you can run out of positive adjectives fast when talking about natalie's. authentic fresh food, great atmosphere, i could eat here every day.

great mediterranean food!. today i went here to grab some lunch. i wasn't expecting much but the food was fantastic. this is the fantastic. food came out very fast as well. this is the best mediterranean food i've had, besides what i have had when i was in the middle east. hummus was excellent and the pita was warm, slightly crispy on the outside and delicious. the beef shawarma was prepared to perfection, with the perfect amount of ingredients and a delicious home made tasting recipe. i will certainly be recommending this to those i know, and i will be returning for sure!

natalies - best falafel in town. i love natalies..everything is fresh and many times my co workers and i will drive from buffalo at lunchtime when we are having a craving for kibbe or falafel...the falafel is the best around ...just enough spice..and love the lifet turnip pickles....tabbouleh is also great - proper balance of burgel and parsley...very authentic. clean inside, unassuming. ..and great for take out.

odd hours. food is good but i feel like they are never open.

great. i have been going to natalie's for years. the food has always been very good but recently the quality has been improving even more (along with the decor). natalie's has the best hummus and tabouli in wny. this place is a great option for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. the service is always wonderful, friendly and fast and the food never, ever disappoints.

great kibbee. i have never had a bad experience at natalie's. the staff has always been friendly. the kibbee sandwich is the best i have had locally and i love to grab one and a side of fries to go on a saturday.

i cannot not agree with you at all. i have always gotten good quality food from this place. it is a small deli. what do you expect to seated by a hostess. ok maybe the decor is lacking a bit. but all in all. good take out food.

disgusted is an understatement. never in my life have i been so disgusted at the way that an establishment is run. this place is the biggest hole-in-the-wall dump i have ever seen. it is dirty and expensive. not to mention the attitude that the employee/manager had with the customers. i have never experienced such disrespect, hostility, rudeness, and overall bizare way of practice as this. witnessed the man working (perhaps co-owner) snap at customer for no reason in front of whole restaurant. needless to say, this place is an unprofessional, poorly run, sorry excuse for a "business." what happened to the customer always being right? this place not only left me feeling appaled at the disrespect i witnessed, but even had me walking out still angry at the poor attitude of the staff and the overall indecent atmosphere. do not waste your time.
