napoli coffee is exactly what i was looking for! i'm a graduate student who likes to do most of my thesis writing in coffee shops- i was looking for a quiet local place to work, and napoli coffee fits the bill! the coffee and food are tasty and cheap too! i'll be back.

fair at best. staff (2 girls) is not knowledgeable about espresso drinks. brewed coffee is acceptable.

napoli coffee was the perfect find for me back in 2007 when i was looking for that "hometown feel" i was used to coming to abq from a small town. the customer service is wonderful, the espresso drinks are hand-crafted and the coffee is fresh ground every time before it's brewed. also, i love that fresh pastries are delivered every morning from le chantilly - local businesses supporting local business!

customer oriented. one of the only places i know of that still has true customer service. started coming here to study in undergrad years ago - stayed for the great product and even greater service! keep up the good work napoli!

coffee lovers. we have been going to napoli since it opened. it is the only place for us , the staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. one coffee from here and you will never go back to any place else.

napoli coffee is on carlisle, just north of menaul, tucked away behind a pair of golden arches. it's seclusion has a few benefits. for one, it's not subject to overcrowding like some of the other cafes in town. another benefit is free and ample parking.

great selection!. not only do they have a ton of delicious latte flavor combination...they have more sugar free flavors then any other coffee shop i've ever been to (to include german chocolate). the owner and manager are super nice and the atmosphere is cozy! great find!

good mojo and good java. this is a great find. i am not a regular but have been many times since napoli opened. it's a nice neighborhood joint, and also worth making a special trip. the staff is friendly, the coffee dark, hot and tasty. the atmosphere easy, not pretentious or "hip".

great local place for lunch!. you can get a quality sandwich (with chips) and a large gourmet coffee for lunch for under $12. their coffee is much better than any chain and during the holidays they offer a wonderful variety of holiday inspired specialty drinks!! the service is quick and they're usually pretty friendly. very customer oriented, they forgot to make my drink once and i was given a voucher for a free speciality coffee on my next visit for their mistake.

bad espresso = bad coffee. shots thin and pulled too long, burnt taste.

if you can't pull a good shot, you can't make a good latte or cappuccino. the shots are the basis of the drinks...

happily at napoli. the coffee is great, the people are friendly, the atmosphere is that there really isn't one. napoli could stand a broader selection of pastries but what they have are delicious. i will drive out of my way to go to napoli.

awesome coffee shop! skip dd and go here. locally owned an operated by people who love coffee and running a shop. lots of locals and happy people. coffee is best i've had anywhere.
