the manager is damn rude .. bouncer too !! this place looks like a glorified sadakchaap model shop !! above all their arrogance is at its peak

the chicken wings were uncooked food from inside. inspite showing it to the staff and saying the same, they took the dish and without improving they gave the same dish. the staff started murmuring among themselves and pointing at us. i felt so bad.

overall, food quality is degrading day by day, staffs are like local level gunde.

last night i came with my friends service was very poor and food is very uncooked,staff behavior is not good they don’t know how to talk with guest.....

pathetic service. served us wrong food and drinks and didn't care to replace it.
never recommending this place to anyone.
go to any other budget friendly club but not this

pathetic behavior of the bar management. these folks don't care about the customers and it's money that they want (for pathetic service). it's better to go to some other place which is costlier but has good staff

visited this restaurant for the first time and didn't had a good experience. service is so bad and the food was so bad that we couldn't finish a single dish.
not recommended at all

they have about 15 options of beer in their menu, but whenever you go, only 3 are available- kingfisher ultra max, kingfisher ultra and strong.

food quantity was horrible. veg platter had 8-10 pieces of small kebabs and 5-6 small potato ringers. pitcher kept leaking. they have so many tables that even though the place is large, you don't even have the room to properly move your chair in some sections. also, the waitress tried to cheat by putting in 3200 instead of 2200 in the card machine.

i am writing this review with sheer disappointment owing to the experience my friends and i underwent at my bar headquarters, connaught place, new delhi, delhi 110001 on september 24, 2021. we arrived at about 08:45 pm and left around 11:30 and i would like to bring it to your notice. i am a regular customer of my bar headquarters located at n 49, 2nd floor, radial road number 1, near dominos, connaught place, new delhi, 110001 as i visit it almost once or twice in a month celebrating the happy hours with my friends.

our experience on friday was not a positive one. we were unhappy and saddened with the cleanliness and felt you needed to be made aware of the situation. while making a payment near the payment counter before we left we noticed that a bowl of green chutney was lying over a stool/tabletop in *open*. the bowl was not even in the kitchen area and was kept hardly 5 steps away from a dustbin. the shot glasses in which they serve the above-mentioned chutney were not at all clean as you could see in the pictures attached for your reference. this is very unhygienic and makes it difficult for consumption. to be very honest we all felt like throwing up after encountering such a scenario. the staff was not friendly about it and seemed to be very rushed and annoyed.

i request my bar hq/zomato to investigate the whole matter and scrutinize the hygiene and quality standards of the restaurant so no further displeasure takes place. this will not only change the quality of the food but also regulate the hygiene issues.

service is so slow and you have to wait for ages to get your order served. taste was okay though. not worth coming except for the cheap beer

they serve a platter for 635₹ and the quantity is very low so please koi order na karna koi fyda nai hai and also the chicken was very dry.👎🏼

secondly we order virgin mojito which not at all a mojito but a sugar syrup 👎🏼

next thing what i found was that they are very slow in processing your order every time you order they will take at-least 25-30 mins👎🏼 that shows that they are really poor in managing the crowd👎🏼

next is baar baar bolne k baad ki mojito is very sugary they were repeating the same sugary syrup again and again and same was with our order of non veg platter.👎🏼

lastly the smoking zone - smoking zone is just in front of gents washroom which gets awkward for females and also there is no exhaust system also👎🏼

worst place to go if you're going with a non-female friend. the staff first won't let you go in, and on top of that show you attitude that you're beneath them because you're standing in a line.
after 45 mins when you do eventually get a table (after countless arguments with gate staff), the waiters won't collect your order - even though the same waiter would be collecting orders at the side table which has females.
we literally waited for 45 mins to get in, and then another 30 mins to get a waiter who agrees to take our order. we literally just got up and went to a restaurant nearby, who respected us.
worst experience dining at a resto bar. never going back there again. and heartfelt suggestion to anyone who wishes to go there with a non female friend.

the place is amazing... crowd is lively... the food was tasty..ordered paneer chilly, hara bhara kebab and crispy chicken wings, all were great...
alfredo pasta was perfect..
music was awesome and the vibe of this place is just great...
must visit..

i had a sense of doubt at the bill after being home so i calculated the total of all the items thru their online menu and it turns out that they charged me a hefty amount more.
i contacted them and their attitude was not entertaining at all.
the guy whose number is showing google search gave multiple excuses. he even said that the ground floor of mbh is handled by some other authority on fri-sat-sun and they have a different menu that varies from the online one and have different rates too. then he legit disconnected the call.
there is way too many clubs in cp then to deal with this nuisance. just go to any bar but this, my suggestion.
