very slow service, food served cold, none of the items were tasty : except for ambiance there’s nothing special about this place.

absolutely loveddd the drinks here, we actually ended up trying three mocktails because of how fresh they tasted and pradeep was kind enough to give us some great suggestions on what to order, such a pleasant evening, the food was pretty good as well! ❤

cheese balls were stale. they took a long time to bring food to the table. the staff was untrained. the place doesn't live up to the expectation.

staff was very very rude. we were politely asking them to give us 5 mins to finish our food and go and this bouncer like person came over and started talking to us loudly and shouting to us. he also started cursing us.

really pathetic service, these people don't even know the meaning of customer. never visit this place

what an experience with my friends at the best rooftop bar in hyd. amazing rooftop view coupled with awesome food/drinks and service.
tawa fish is must try at this place. service is quick.
witnessed one of the best tennis finals and saw my hero win it from down under. was here for the entire 5 hrs of the match and had a perfect ending.

music - was too low for which the staff said under new regulations from the govt but the best part was the commentary was turned on for the final set which made it look like in an actual stadium.

we visited this place on new year's eve. they were charging ₹1500 for couple entry, and i have no idea what that's for. neither are they providing a free drink or a free meal and the service is pathetic. when you pay so much, you atleast expect to get proper cutlery. but no, alcohol is served in plastic cups and food in paper plates. the waiters have no clue about the limited option menu they curated for new year's, and are just throwing around jargon to get away with questions. what we got on ordering 100 pipers was definitely not that, but some cheap shit. the chicken 65 and noodles were decent, but the pesto aglio olio - whose signature characteristic is being creamy - was dry as hell and no different from green coloured hakka noodles. the nachos topics displayed how miser they were being to milk the celebratory night.
the ambience is beautiful enough to provide a good experience if they weren't overly business minded. the dance floor and bar have potential too, but the dj would play one good song followed by 3 bad ones for the crowd to fall flat.
it's so not worth the price, despite being an ideal place to celebrate new year's.

i had gone there with a female friend. i was ordering food and one waiter told me "thoda muskurake toh bolo" ("please smile a little"). was too shocked i
n the moment to respond. please give your waiters a training in basic interpersonal skills. this is absolutely unacceptable.

while the above was my review from the first time, i realized this is one of the few places in hyderabad (atleast among the ones i have been to) where they do not dilute the liquor. while we expect to get our value for money most places i have been to dilute their liquor a lot (k grill, glocal junction, elsewhere, you name it). so kudos to what one would think is something to be expected.

we friends had wonderful evening. raj took care of us, thank you. we will come back again to the place.

everyone knows that food sucks here and deserves negative rating. only positive point is terrace view. last time had bad experience with food. now this time with staff. if terrace is not serviceable they don't have patience to convey that too, behaving like food is served for free. there is place tiki shack next to it. go there . food ambience too good. they are well behaved and they had good manners and well trained

i was looking to reserve a place for 1 on a sunday evening. i was declined 3 times at different entry time slots, even though they all show available initially. i think it's because they don't want me to come for some reason.
