new orleans has a vibrant ambiance, which you can immediately feel upon entering the restaurant. they have a variety of food to choose from, but our most favorites were baby back ribs, rockefeller and jambalaya. price is reasonable and the usual meal they serve are already good for 2-3 persons. their cakes are delicious too. they also serve cocktails and drinks that look good on instagram lol

stepping inside, saw the beads. thought to myself 'well they are trying...' ordered, waited for the food. talked a little. food arrived. put the debris gumbo on my mouth. bam! at the back of my mind, it felt like the mississippi was just around, people with louisiana accent talking at the background. then i snapped back to reality. the food may not be 100% cajun, but this probably is the closest we can get. the okra and the holy trinity is here... so...

oysters, shrimps, and pork sausages are mainstays – that was the only info i have about creole cooking. i never tried one either, and was never curious. aside from being rare in the philippines, only few restaurants specialize such cuisine – most of them are too pricey. creole traces back to louisiana, more particularly in big easy or new orleans. you may think of haunted houses, vampire movies, all-night parties, and the mardi gras.

the interiors are a little distracting and seemed inappropriate for plain dining. the good is food. we ordered a sample platter and we enjoyed it. the giant glass  of dragon fruit shake is also a nice touch.

my ratings: food - 4.5, ambiance - 4.5, staffs - 4.

and here are my recommendations:
salad: grilled chicken caesar salad (my favorite)
rice meals: voodoboo rice
pizza: four cheese extravaganza and mesquite chicken bbq

and for people who likes margarita, electric blue is a must try.

murray's new orleans at ayala center cebu is one of the most chic hang-out places in the city. aside from its delicious food, it also offers complimentary entertainment to its diners. they have live acoustic music on fridays and weekends. the ambience of the resto gives off a fun atmosphere like that of a carnival. their place looks and feels very festive with festival masks adorning the colorful walls. their fresh and baked oysters are a sure hit. their jambalaya is also a must try.

murray's new orleans also offers cocktail drinks that are perfect for afterwork chill out.

eating here always makes my tummy full in a nice way. they modify their meals without any arguments if we have any small changes we wanna do. tonight i eat their chicken fillet. only edit was to make it kinda plain. the chicken, mashed potato (skinless though) and gravy be separated. only minus goes for not having own working wi-fi internet connection.

when you feel like you’ve been wanting to crave some delish cajun cuisine, don’t worry because cebu has that restaurant that offers cajun cuisine in ayala center cebu. satisfy your cravings for cajun cuisine at murray’s new orleans!. murray’s is not that conveniently located though at ayala center cebu garden roof deck, but it’s adjacent to the social.

in the heart of cebu business park, you can enjoy western rich taste of food here at new orleans. with a budget start at php 300 you can enjoy their wide variety of delectable appetizers, sandwiches and pizza. you can also enjoy some feel good jazz music during fridays and saturdays! nothing beats good food and music here at new orleans.

excellent food and service. we tried a lot of dishes and everything was fresh with good flavors. excellent caesar salad. their hamburger could be improved though.

one of my favorite restaurants, service is superb, food tastes divine and food portion is relative to the price.

was a bit hesitant at first due to the prices however their per dish seemed like it was good for two so you won't be disappointed with paying for it. ambience wise, it's got the jazzy vibe to it with live music. food was great but nothing that i'd go out of my way

it's true, they do have amazing ribs. came here with my friend during lunch time and our meals were served in less than 30 minutes (it was only us and a couple on the other table anyway). i like the interior of the restaurant too and the staff are polite. the menu is expensive but i'd consider coming back.

exceeded expectations.
food was excellent in appearance and taste. cajun flavors of the south us have been replicated nicely. serving sizes are awesome.

ambience, music accompaniment, decors and staff service were simply above par. i'm surprised i only tried the place recently because i'm feeling i've missed out a lot over the period.

highly recommending for dates and group dinners.

tip: they play good, relatively soothing, music but if you prefer to converse, stay a bit farther from the stage.

my friends and i had dinner here a few nights ago. the food was pretty good. portions were decent and i love the food presentation. they cooked my tuna right since i asked for “medium” temp. while there’s really nothing negative to say about the place and their food, i just wasn’t blown away by it. everything was just “ok”.
